Come and enjoy our Breton region, in the charming seaside resort located at the end of the Rhuys peninsula, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Morbihan, with its port with more than 1600 boats, its thalassotherapy, its nautical activities, and its customs paths allowing you to discover the entire coastline,

Superb very bright new T3 apartment (2018) of 63 m2, with a large terrace of 15 M2 facing south-west not overlooked and quiet, on the 1st floor in a luxury residence with quality services offers you all the comfort you need for your holidays. The heated outdoor swimming pool will satisfy you from May 28 to September 13.

It includes an entrance with toilet, a pantry with shoe cupboard, a living room with open and equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace allowing you to rest or take meals outside,
It also includes 2 bedrooms, 1 with access to the terrace through a bay and a 160*200 bed with wardrobe, and the other with 2 pull-out beds of 90*200 cm, cupboards and desk. The bedding is new and of high quality.

A bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit.

A stick vacuum cleaner is available

Access to the residence is secure, it is accessed with a vigik and a badge allows the opening of the basement barrier where a parking space is provided and reserved for the apartment. (maximum height 2.05m)
The residence is equipped with a lift and bicycle storage.

It is ideally located, 200 m from the port of Crouesty, and 400 m from the Bourg d'Arzon, 15m walk from the beaches,
nearby markets: Monday port of Crouesty, Tuesday town of Arzon, Friday port Navalo,
the municipality is implementing an exemplary mobility plan to make you enjoy all the riches of the area, free shuttles allow you to travel easily all summer long, buses allow the Sarzeau and Vannes links,

Cleaning is not included in the rental price but is mandatory, 80 euros,

Linen is not included but can be reserved

Très bel appartement très bien équipé et tres propre, bien situé par rapport aux commerces, plages,...et en même temps dans une résidence au calme.Nous reviendrons volontiers pour poursuivre notre séjour écourté !Les services proposés par la conciergerie sont très agréables : possibilité de bénéficier du service hôtelier les lits faits...Vue sur le port Crouesty très sympa. Terrasse tout le long de l'appartement tres agréable avec mobilier d'extérieur : table , chaises et transats confortables.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L’essentiel est là : appartement propre, literie bonne. Emplacement central. Relation avec la conciergerie efficace bien que 100% a distance via boite a clé et messagerie. Pas de lave vaisselle ni de wifi, les étiquettes avec instructions de partout au cas ou on ne sache pas utiliser les interrupteurs, tout est fait a l’économie difficile de se sentir accueilli.Moyennant quoi la semaine a été fantastique !

Nous entendons votre ressenti concernant le côté autonome mais cela donne plus de flexibilité aux voyageurs. Les étiquettes sont faites plutôt pour aider que vous contrarier, nous sommes désolée si ça n'a pas eu l'effet escompté. Quant au lave vaisselle et à la wifi, c'est bien indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il n'y en a pas. Vos observations nous aiderons à améliorer encore l'experience proposée;

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces et du port du Crouesty, sur lequel donne la terrasse, tout en étant dans un environnement très calme. Le logement est bien équipé et bien organisé ; la piscine dans la résidence est agréable et le parking très pratique. Le contact est très facile et efficace.

Bonjour et merci pour votre message. Il y a des travaux sur le port actuellement ce qui peut expliquer le faible débit d'eau. Nous n'avions jamais rencontré ce problème auparavant. désolés pour la gêne occasionnée.
