Iakinthos residence consists of two floors with a total area of 170 sq.m. and it can host up to six (6) people +1 sofa bed. At the ground floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a large satellite TV. On the same floor there is also a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view to the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with King size beds and closets.
All bathrooms in the residence have modern design and are equipped with high quality bathroom amenities. A washing machine is also provided.
Outdoors there is a 28 sq.m. private swimming pool with deck chairs where you can relax under the Cretan sun and prepare a meal in the stone barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with local plants. A parking space for your car is also available.
Housekeeping is provided twice a week (or upon request).
Baby cot and high chair are available on request without charge.

Floor Layout:
•Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with air-condition, private patio and en suite WC/Showeroom
•First floor: 2 double bedrooms, with air-condition, private balcony, with ensuite both of them, and safe in one of them

Simply Amazing

From the moment Maria met us for check in, we knew we were going to have a fabulous time. She was very engaging and answered all of our questions. This home is not only beautiful, it has the perfect location, steps away from a beautiful beach, shops, and tavernas. Well furnished w a thoughtful welcome basket. It was spotless! Mano did an incredible job communicating which included numerous suggestions on places to go and see. We would stay here again and again!

Hello there,
I am Manos, owner and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector.
One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself.
The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
