Charming studio apartment located a 2-minute walk from downtown, a 5-minute walk from Jouvet Park, just a 13-minute walk from the Valence-Ville SNCF train station, and 8 minutes from the Valence Sud A7 highway exit (Exit 15).

The residence is secured by a Vigik system. The studio is located on the first floor; there is no elevator.
The apartment has a floor area of 17 m².
The living area is very bright, thanks to a window that spans the entire width of the room.

J ai passe un bon sejour tranquille juste a quelques pas du vieux valence

En sortant de l immeuble, vous serez surpris de ces rues anciennes qui semble porter le poid de l histoire, des chemins de rue paves cercles de demeures silencieuses. On appreciera cette vieile architecture de France qui semble avoir braver le temps. Ces vieilles rues sont animees par un enchevetrement de commerces de proximites. Ces hautes demeures continues, semblent narguer la chaleur du soleil en vous offrant un air rafraichissent. Le soir elle s anime, mon choix de location de ce logement a cotes de ce vieux bourg, m a permis de profiter au maximun de ce cadre. Le logement est simple! Ne chercher pas la TV est c est tant mieux ! Car il serait stupide de venir ici pour se scotcher sur un ecran. Le logement a une vaisselle suffisante, ces plaques de cuisson sont tres rapide. Le clip clack ou canape lit permet un bon sommeil. Enfin je souligne la gentillesse des hotes qui s acquiet de votre sejour, prennent de vos nouvelles et restes a dispositions et a votre ecoute. Location très propre idéale pour un cours séjour. Propriétaires faisant de leur mieux pour vous arranger.

« Budget » tout près du centre-ville

Petit studio très récemment rénové, de propreté irréprochable. La proximité du centre-ville est le principal atout. Idéal pour séjour court à coût contenu.
