The Appart-Colibri is a T2 design in a quiet and secure private residence in the heart of the island 10 minutes from the beaches, close to the airport and shops for the market and shopping, ideal starting point to visit all of Martinique.

You can enjoy a magnificent sea view to enjoy a brunch or Ti-Punch at sunset from the terrace.

The Appart-Colibri consists of a bright living room and an air-conditioned bedroom.

It is equipped with a sofa bed with mattress for 2 people.


The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with a table and 4 armchairs where you can enjoy accras why not!
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and has a serving hatch to the terrace, very common in the West Indies.

- Oven/Microwave

- Dishwasher safe

- Fridge/freezer

- Washing machine/dryer

- Dolce Gusto coffee maker (coffee, tea, chocolate)

The air-conditioned bedroom with 2-seater bedding (140X200) and 2 memory foam pillows, bed linen provided, sober dressing room, decoration carefully chosen in cocooning style.
The sleek tropical design bathroom is equipped with a large shower, towel provided, Mirror sink and WC.

You have access to the Rce parking lot and a private parking space for more comfort.


Close to the residence you have many water activities: visit of the mangrove and discovery outing by boat or canoe kayak.
Catamaran day discovery of the seabed and dolphins.
