Thoughtfully decorated 2-story townhome located in the heart of Avalon, directly across from the Princeton Bar & Grill and above Lululemon and Lilly Pulitzer shops.
This 2500 square foot gem, located 2 cross streets from the beach, provides brilliant sunlight and has 4 generously sized bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. Enjoy 3 additional living spaces with 1 patio and 2 private decks. The spacious 1st floor plan offers kitchen dining and living room areas in 1 large great room.
Please enjoy this for a relaxing family stay. We will not rent to groups under 30 years of age.

First time hosting on VRBO! I am from Lehigh Valley, PA area and am a graduate from Penn State University and have lived in the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, for the past 8 years. I have vacationed and lived "down the shore" since I was growing up.

We recently purchased this beautiful home in 2020 and I couldn't be more excited to share it with you for your enjoyment. The first comment we get after showing friends is "I cannot believe how much space you have in here!"
This is your time to wind down and relax, dig your toes in the sand, read a good book and indulge in Avalon. From great ice cream and mini-golf to the best local restaurants...all within walking distance to everything. No need to get back in the car once you park! It is less than a 3 block walk to the beach.
Plenty of breakfast options are within blocks, including the famous Uncle Bill's Pancake House and Brian's Waffle House. Avalon Freeze ice cream and Pirate Island Mini-Golf will leave the kids happy, as they are right around the corner. Visit any of the local eateries including Circles Tavern, the Sea Grille, the Whitebrier Bar and Grill, the Diving Horse and the Rocking Chair and many more.
Surfside Fitness gym is the next block over and oh, and did we mention? Fred's Avalon Liquors (and beer) is one block away.
