this 140m² villa with 4 bedrooms, renovated in 2021, offers all the modern equipment and comfort to accommodate 8 people facing south opening onto a large terrace with a beautiful sea view
large swimming pool (10x5m approximately) secured with salt and overflow maintained every week

We had a really nice holiday! Great villa, garden and view. The villa is well equipped, really nice garden, great pool and a really nice view. Jean-François really takes care of everything! The lights in the house could be a bit more cosy, but besides that; everything was great! We really would love to come back here again!

Wonderful villa in a stunning location

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Ilios. The moment we arrived we were greeted by Jean-Francois who went out of his way to make sure everything was just perfect and was only ever a message away if we needed anything. The villa was spotless and is truly wonderful with stunning views out across the pool and sea. The local town has everything you need from a fresh bakery to a pharmacy. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Wonderful stay!

We had a loveley stay at this villa! Everything was great! Jean-François was very helpful and nice, and the whole family enjoyed the vacation. We were 6 adults and 2 kids, and the house had everything we could ask for. Lovely wiev, great pool and nice rooms made us feel right at home! Overall a great experience! 😎👍

fantastic vacation

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful house. The manager Jean-Francois and his wife was very nice and helpful with everything. For example, we have had a car accident and he help us with the gendarmerie - thank you also for that. We wish you the best and maybe, we will see us again. Best regards Thomas

Idyllic holiday at Villa Illois

Myself husband and 2 daughters plus partners and grandson stayed at this lovely villa. We were greeted by amiable Jean Francois who was most helpful. The villa was very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. The Bbq and pool area were excellent. We were mostly blessed with beautiful weather. The location was near to the top of the hill which meant we did use the hire car most of the time. But we had the beautiful view. When one of the rooms air conditioning was not working , Jean Francois was quick to organise a man to come and fix it. In all we all had an excellent holiday.

A perfect vacation

We spent a wonderful 14 days at Villa Ilios. The location and the view are stunning. The village of Les Issambres is just a few minutes away by car. You can get everything there for your daily needs. Baker, butcher, supermarket - all within easy reach. Monday is market day and it is definitely worth a visit. The house offers everything you need for a perfect holiday and is very well equipped and clean. The air conditioning in all rooms is very good. Nothing is missing. The kitchen invites you to cook and you can simply enjoy a glass of rosé on the terrace. The pool is fantastic. The property management by Jean-Francois is excellent and he is very helpful. The communication in advance was perfect. We can absolutely recommend Villa Ilios and we will definitely be back. Jean-Francois - thank you very much and see you again.

Outstanding location and host

Jean François was very friendly and accommodating and helped make our stay at this beautiful property most enjoyable. This villa is ideally situated in Les Issambres, close to St.Tropez and all of the wonderful attractions of the Côte d’Azur. The cleanliness and comfort of the property was exceptional. The views of the Med are memorable. The views from 3 bedrooms super. The property is a garden oasis. Many recliners and seating areas around the beautiful well maintained unheated pool. The kitchen and dining room have everything you need for large groups. While very hilly, the neighborhood is lovely for walking and if you don’t mind a steep walk, the town is about a 20 minute walk downhill and on the seafront with easy access to everything you need for groceries or eating out. After driving everywhere from St. Tropez to Menton, we saw nowhere else that compared and we would love to return. Merci beaucoups Jean-François et Martine!

Das Haus erfüllt alle Erwartungen die durch das Angebot geweckt werden. Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt, die Aussicht spricht für sich und die Lage ist ruhig. Wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen liegt das Haus hoch, die Straßen sind steil und eine motorisierte Fortbewegung empfohlen.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren eine Woche mit Kindern und Enkelkindern in dieser Villa mit umwerfendem Meerblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jean Francoise ist der perfekte Gastgeber und stets behilflich. Er hat uns ein drittes Kinderstühlchen besorgt für die Enkelkinder. Danke für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour formidable malgré la météo pas toujours au top

Idéalement placée, la maison permet une vie très agréable à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La vue est fantastique. Randonnées à pied ou en vélo directement en partant de la maison. L’accueil et le dévouement de M. Gerles ont été parfaits et ont aussi contribué à la réussite de ce séjour.

un séjour de rêve dans une villa de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Ilios grâce au cadre de cet hébergement: une vue splendide, une magnifique piscine à débordement, un très bel aménagement paysagé et une jolie maison très fonctionnelle. De plus l'accueil et l'accompagnement, avant et pendant le séjour, par Jean-François étaient parfaits . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wunderbar

Wir waren als Familie (zwei Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern) und unseren Freunden (ohne Kinder) in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Das Haus ist toll. In der oberen Etage befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Wohnzimmer. Daran grenzt ein Trakt mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Bad und gesondertem WC. In der unteren Etage, welche nicht durch das Haus mit der oberen Etage verbunden ist, befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit zwei weiteren Badezimmern. Diese sind frisch renoviert. Alle Zimmer haben separate Klimaanlagen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist toll. Das Haus liegt ruhig auf einem Berg. Man benötigt das Auto, wenn man ins Dorf möchte. Wenn man das aber weiß, ist das völlig in Ordnung. Das Haus hat einen super Außenbereich. Wunderschön bepflanzt. Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Den ganzen Tag Sonne und wenn man möchte auch Schatten. Der Pool ist einfach gigantisch. Man kann wählen zwischen der Terrasse an der oberen Etage oder dem unteren Bereich. Dieser hat auch noch einen Grill. Selbst wenn man die ganze Woche nur am Haus verbringen würde, würde es sicherlich nicht langweilig und an nichts fehlen. Das Haus sieht so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Es ist wirklich traumhaft. Der Kontakt mit Jean Françoise und seiner Frau war auch sehr angenehm. Auf alle Fragen gab es Antworten. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub mit einem fantastischen Ausblick!

Zunächst möchten wir uns für den netten Empfang durch Jean Francois bedanken. Er hat uns beim Check In alles ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Des Weiteren konnten wir ihn jederzeit kontaktieren und er war sofort zur Stelle. Durch die tolle Bepflanzung hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre und der Ausblick aufs Meer toppt natürlich alles. Es ist wirklich wie im Paradis, sogar im April war das Wetter sehr gut. Die Villa selber ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt wirklich gar nichts zu bemängeln. Hier kann man sich wirklich sehr gut erholen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en famille avec nos 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans. Jean-François est très accueillant. La maison est agréable et confortable, et en tout point conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce.

Sehr schönes Haus.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht - auch die Terrasse, den Garten und den (im Winter!) gefüllten Pool fanden wir toll. Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung mit Jean Fracois war top. Alles super.

Tage im Paradies

Die Villa ist ein Traum, wir fühlten uns wie im Paradies. Auch die liebevolle Betreuung durch Jean-Francois hat erheblich dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Obwohl wir zu früh am Urlaubsaort angekommen waren, durften wir in die Villa. Die Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer ist einfach grandios. Wir werden wieder kommen! A bientot Sabine

Traumhaft schön / Incroyablement belle /fantastically beautiful

Eine absolut super schöne Villa! Wir haben mit Freunden (6 Personen) eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Ilios verbracht. Alles war wie vorher beschrieben und noch viel besser!!! Der Pool 😍, der Außenbereich mit dem Grill und der phantastische Ausblick, sowie die gemütlichen Zimmer haben uns den Abschied sehr schwer gemacht.😅 Danke an Jean-Franzois, für den netten Empfang und die gute Betreuung.
