🔹 A shower room with shower, basin, storage unit, washing machine

You'll be able to park in the private parking space located in the basement of the residence , place number 22. ( large cars don't fit in the parking space which is relatively small.)
Access is via the left-hand side to the building's parking lot, and a remote control is required to open the garage door.
