Just the Basics
This place is great if you're looking for just the basics with a great location. Felt safe, easy to get around, provides ample sleeping and bathroom area for 4 people. Great communicate and renter always got back to me quickly.
I appreciated that no clean up was required on my part when checking out.
Kitchen items are minimal and some dishes were dirty, couch was broken on one end, shower water pressure was non-existent, and couch recliner didn't work well.
House has no manuals so I had to ask about how to find the pool. One thing of note about the pool- there isn't a lifeguard on hand however we learned that there is a security camera with someone watching swimmers. This become an issue as the maintenance man monitoring the camera came to the pool with screenshots of kids on his phone to yell about them leaning on the pool rope. This seemed incredibly inappropriate and unsettling. It needs to be better communicated that children are being recorded/monitored while swimming at the pool.
