Stairway to Heaven is located in the beautiful Golfview Resort in Pigeon Forge. The resort features indoor and outdoor community pools + shares grounds with the Gatlinburg Golf course. Your perseverance up the 35 steps will be rewarded with a great front porch and screened-in hot tub deck! Cozy up in front of the fireplace or unwind on the front porch swing. Amazing attractions like Dollywood and The Island in Pigeon Forge are only a few minutes away. So close, you can hear the Dollywood train!

We recommend having a vehicle on hand!



• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.



• Driveway is on an incline.



• Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be completely hot upon arrival.



• Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.



• No RV or Trailer parking.



• We charge a $75 pet fee per pet. Also pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone.

Awesome place definitely recommend

Everything was great I just wish there was more Communication other than email a small pamphlet in the cabin with rules and requirements by the owner would definitely make this place top notch digging threw piles of old emails trying to verify everything I don’t believe is the best route other than that I give 10 out of 10

Horrible experience with this rental.

We had no internet to the house. We could not watch tv or get in our computer. When we arrived the first day we had no air conditioning; it did not work and it was very hot. There are no windows screens so we could not even open the windows for the bugs. We contacted the management company and the owner and no one helped. 4 day stay and no internet and they did not fix or even attempt. The bedding was minimal; the pillows are worn and stained and needs replaced. We had 3 glasses and only 2 wash cloths for a 4 day stay. Again we contacted management and they never brought any additional towels. The dishwasher did not work and I had to wash everything by hand. Again management did not fix. The couch is worn out; the bed is uncomfortable. The mini blinds in the loft / bedroom are broken. There’s no curtains so light a from the neighboring cabin shined in the windows all night. I did not mind the stairs to the cabin; but the cabin needs a lot of attention and new furnishings; everything was worn. If you go you need to bring your own bedding and towels and bring a hotspot! Cell service is limited in the cabin so your cell hot spot will not work. I’m very disappointed; I spent most of the vacation trying to work with management to get things fixed but there was no resolution. Don’t waste your vacation on this rental.

Beautiful location!

Great property with access to almost anything that you would want to do in Pigeon Forge! We stayed for about 2 weeks and had no issues with what was provided to us. Highly recommend!
