Timber Run sits just a short distance from the gondola. Bring your skis or bike! You will love all the updated features of this two-bedroom suite featuring all new furnishings throughout. Enjoy the comforts of the gas fireplace, the comfortable living area furniture, and the smart TV after a long day of fun and adventure. There is a sofa bed for an additional sleeping option. The kitchen has a new oven and all the cookware and counter space you need to inspire your inner chef.

The main bedroom offers a dreamy and completely renovated en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has updated furniture and bedding. The bright and modern second bathroom has been completely updated to include a walk-in shower. You will appreciate the comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for catching a beautiful sunset or for waking up with your morning coffee. Timber Run offers you the comfort and convenience of your own vacation condo. Step out on to your private covered balcony to take in the great views of the Flattop Mountains.

On top of all that, you'll be able to use to the free year-round looping daytime shuttle providing access to downtown and all the best of Steamboat!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Amenities

The daily shuttle service to the base was convenient and the hot tubs and sauna were great for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

...although a bit smaller than the photos make it feel. The apartment was reasonably nice, and wifi worked well. It says second floor, but this is also ground floor due to the slope. The beds were comfortable and linens were fresh and of good quality. Pool towels are a nice touch. It was quiet most of the time.

Nice condition and close to things

The updates are nice & the unit was in good condition. The provided bedding, shower supplies and coffee/tea was very hotel-esquire. The ski locker would be handy too. The process of checking in was easy. We even got the message we could check in earlier than expected. Parking was easy. The pool/hot tub was easily accessible, but a bit dirty. It was a busy weekend though. ***Be sure to check & confirm transportation before you book. We had issues getting answers once we were there. We are pretty sure you could pick up the TR trolly but we didn't bother.

Nice place but noisy

The Condo was very nice, newly updated and clean and in a great location. We had a great stay and the hosts were very communicative. Once thing to be aware of is that this is an old building so there is very little sound insulation. We could hear our upstairs neighbors' every footstep so it was noisy, especially at night. Other minor complaint is that the hot tubs were pretty dirty and foamy so we didn't use them. They didn't get cleaned in the 5 days we were there. Other than that, this is a nice, comfortable condo.

Timber Run Too Loud and Poorly Managed

We stayed for a baseball weekend. The pool was overly crowded and parents were visibly drunk late into the night-well passed the 10:00 PM quiet time. No security is available to help with parents/children. There was a large group of boys staying in the room above 315 with no adult present. They were loud all night for 3 nights in a row. There is no AC so in order to be comfortable you have to sleep with windows open and one of our windows did not have a screen on it. Expensive for a not great experience. Won’t stay here again.

Great for a ski trip

The property was perfect for our needs. We loved that there was a shuttle that picked us up at the property and dropped us off at the ski resort. We also enjoyed sitting in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Thanks for a great stay.

Unknown handicap condo

Could not tell from post that it was handicapped condo. We had no way to bathe my small grandchildren. That should be made clear. Nice view of pool though. Paid for late check out, but either VACASA OR VRBO disabled our keys at 10 am…. Difficult to find maintenance on site to help get our luggage etc

Beautiful condo

Every year we stay at Timber Run and this was by far our nicest stay yet! The condo is gorgeous with high end finishes. The beds were comfortable and the in unit washer and dryer was an extra bonus. Would definitely book again if it is available.

Condo is nicely equipped. A little more attention to cleaning is needed, food was on carpet and inside pull out sofa. A little far to walk to the gondola. Mattress and pillows too firm for my comfort. Lovely fireplace, pool and hot tub. Shuttle is quick to pick up.
