Come and enjoy a quiet stay on the Côte de Jade in the seaside resort of Tharon-Plage, in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef! Discover your charming home 2 kilometres from the beach, shops, but also many activities: relaxing on the beach, fishing, water sports, walking in the Natural Park of Briere, visit the museum of aeronautics in La Baule etc. ... You will have a large living-dining room, an open kitchen fully equipped, three bedrooms, a bathroom and an outdoor space of 150 m² with a terrace with outdoor furniture. Sheets are provided.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living-dining room with a double sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs, one of which is electric, a coffee table, a large flat screen TV, as well as access to the terrace via a large bay window.
- A large modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, teapot, Tassimo filter coffee maker, etc...

Night space:
All bedding is recent and of high quality (memory foam pillows and spring and memory foam mattresses). Sheets are provided.
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) with the possibility to put them together to make a queen-size bed, storage space.
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and storage space.
- Large bathroom with Italian shower and a basin.

Outside :
- An attached garage with a washing machine.
- At the front, you will have a yard of 120 m² where you can park up to 3 vehicles in a secure way thanks to the electric gate.
- At the back of the house you will have a 50 m² terrace with garden furniture, a large parasol, a Weber barbecue and a fully enclosed lawn area of 150 m².

Not far from Guérande, go for a walk in the Brière Natural Park or cross its famous salt marshes, in La Baule, visit the Aeronautics Museum and the Tropicarium in La Baule or go for a moment of exoticism at the Planète Sauvage park!
