Perfectly located near the seaside and Pornic historic city center, our family house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a spacious outdoor area with a large corner terrace and a garden.

When you arrive: Beds are made, bath towels and basic essentials for the start of your vacation are provided.

The house is located just a 5-minute walk to the seaside, coastal trails, the castle, and Pornic's charming town center with shops and restaurants.

Large garden with a terrace and easy parking right in front of the house for multiple vehicles.

Each bedroom has its own private shower room with a double sink, shower, towel warmer, and hairdryer.

Ground floor:
- Spacious corner terrace with a parasol, BBQ, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers.
- Bright and airy living/dining area: flat-screen TV, stereo system, books, and games.
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: ceramic stovetop, traditional oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, fryer, coffee machines, toaster, and all the utensils you’ll need.
- Enclosed 500m² garden with a sandbox for kids, a swing bench, table tennis, and plenty of sun loungers to relax.
- Ground-floor bedroom with a 140cm bed and en-suite bathroom.
- Entrance hall, separate WC, and laundry room with a washing machine, sink, and drying rack.

Upstairs:
- 2 large bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and private en-suite bathroom; separate WC.
- 2 extra kids’ mattresses and a travel cot available.

Activities nearby: coastal trail walking, boating, kayaking, golf, cycling, and more! A practical guide is available in the house with all the info you’ll need to enjoy your stay.

Additional amenities: TV, Wi-Fi internet.

Important details:
- The house must be kept tidy during your stay. If cleaning isn’t done upon departure, we’ll arrange for professional cleaning, and the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
- Security deposit: €800.
- Summer holidays: Minimum rental of one week.
- Check-in: 4 PM (unless agreed otherwise).
- Check-out: 11 AM (unless agreed otherwise).
- No parties allowed; please be respectful of the neighborhood.

This house is designed as our own family holiday home, so everything is set up for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Perfect for Pornic!

We were a family group of 4 adults and we loved this bright, spacious, newly updated property in a great location to explore all that Pornic has to offer. Excellent communication before and during stay, and we had everything we needed for a happy holiday. The house and area is exactly as described in the website and pictures, and we would highly recommend to others. Many thanks!

Séjour très agréable à Pornic avec mon mari, mes deux fils et leurs amies.La maison est confortable et conforme aux photos qui sont parfaitement représentatives du logement. L’accès est simple et pratique grâce à la boîte à clés.Céline (conciergerie) est discrète tout en restant disponible, ce qui contribue à un séjour serein. Une attention délicate nous attendait à notre arrivée, très appréciée.La maison est idéalement située, à proximité du centre de Pornic, dans une impasse calme, offrant à la fois tranquillité et accessibilité, très calme. La maison est bien équipée avec des lits confortables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

maison très pratique et très bien équipée on se sent presque comme chez soi , le quartier est très calme , le stationnement très facile à cette époque de l'année ; les voisins d'en face nous revoient depuis 3 ou 4 ans ,ce sont des personnes sympathiques , et très calmes ; bref, nous avons passés un très bon séjour , avec 15 j de beau temps , quasiment sans vent; assez rare en loire atlantique ;dommage , il y a 7 heures de route , mais nous revenons l'an prochain , si la santé est toujours là ....

Komfortables Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Wir ( Paar mit kleinem Hund ) haben den umfänglichen Komfort des Hauses total genossen. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Das FH liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ortsmitte und Hafen, dabei jedoch sehr ruhig. Einzige Kritikpunkte: wir hatten außergewöhnlich viel Glück mit Sonne und Wärme- leider hat das FH keine Klimaanlage. Der Garten ist groß und hätte dabei Potenzial für mehr als nur Rasen und ein paar Bäume ( Boule- Bahn o.ä.). Check- In/ Out mit der Hausdame war hervorragend. Daneben wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob etwas fehlt oder Unterstützung nötig ist. Super !

Très belle maison idéalement située dans Pornic : tout est accessible à pied, commerces, port, plage,...La maison est très grande et très bien entretenue. Conciergerie très attentive à notre satisfaction. Je recommande donc.

Mooi en nieuw huis, perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Pornic en omgeving

Mooi, nieuw huis met strakke moderne inrichting. Alles goed onderhouden en voorzien van alle gemakken, ook in de grote tuin. lekker terras, ruimte om te spelen voor de kinderen en uren te pingpongen. Locatie is perfect, in een rustig doodlopend straatje vanwaar je binnen 2 minuten de haven en stadje Pornic binnenloopt, Het grote strand is 15 min. lopen en ook perfect voor avonden op het terras zitten en een hapje te eten. Heerlijke plek om een week te verblijven, voor strand, stadje en omgeving.

Unser Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus war rundum gelungen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Von hier kann man fussläufig in das Städtchen oder an den Strand gelangen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und auch der Kontakt zum Hausverwalter war schnell und unkompliziert. Für uns waren die drei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit einem Badezimmer sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison spacieuse, très lumineuse, très bien située, tout confort, au calme correspondant au descriptif de l'annonce. Les enfants ont apprécié la table de ping pong et les jeux d'extérieur. Merci à Fabien pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa disponibilité. A recommander les yeux fermés !

Maison tres spacieuse et agreable proche, mais dans un endroit calme

La maison peut facilement accomoder deux familles. Elle est tres spacieuse et bien propre. Fabien, qui fait le menagement, est tres chaleureux. On ne peut que recommender une sejour a Pornic et dans cette maison.

Super endroit pour profiter de Pornic et des environs

La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée et très calme. Elle nous a permit de visiter Pornic et les alentours soit à pied, soit en vélo sans avoir à toucher à notre voiture. Est ce que nous aimerions y revenir ? Oui sans aucun doute

Situation idéale pour plage et ville

Très beau séjour sans stress. Situation idéale pour aller à la plage et la ville de Pornic à pied. Maison très belle et très bien agencée, très propre. De la place pour tout le monde dehors et à l intérieur. Des jeux de famille à l intérieur et extérieur. Dans un cul de sac au calme et pas de problèmes pour se garer. 5 étoiles partout.

Idéalement placée à Pornic

Très belle maison idéalement située proche du centre ville et de la plage dans un quartier calme. La maison est grande,moderne et très bien équipée avec un grand jardin clos. La communication avec Isabelle et Fabien était facile et fluide, l’accueil de Fabien chaleureux.

Superbe séjour - emplacement de rêve

Superbe séjour chez Isabelle ! La maison est grande, très bien équipée et très confortable. Le jardin est très grand également. Nous étions 2 familles avec enfants de 2 ans à 14 ans et tout le monde a trouvé sa place et s’est régalé. L’emplacement est idéal ! Au calme à deux pas du centre ville. On ne peut pas rêver mieux. Communication impeccable avec Isabelle et un accueil pro, bienveillant et très sympathique de Fabien à l’arrivée. Merci beaucoup, je reviendrai c’est sûr !
