This beautifully appointed, very unique, custom built cabin is available to rent nightly or weekly. Enjoy spectacular lake and mountain views with all the comforts of home!

Whether its for summer recreation, fall foliage, or just a weekend getaway, its the perfect place for a family reunion, couples retreat, or family getaway. Located on beautiful Norris Lake you'll have access to 809 miles of shoreline

Sunny Daze is the perfect place to escape the daily grind and enjoy nature's beauty from the comfort of a well-equipped lakeside cabin. it's a short ride to the partnering marina

Our Partnering marina has a slip reserved for your boat or simply reserve on of the many pontoon boats they have available

JUST BOOK IT!

The views cannot be beat! I enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning, listening only to nature. It is such a peaceful location and the expansive deck allows you to fully enjoy it! If you’re more of an indoor person, this cabin will work for you, too. There is a game room on the first level with a pool table and air hockey. There are also many other games available to play throughout the home.The kitchen is well equipped with any pot/pan/utensil you could ever need. Save the packing and use what’s here. The knives could have been sharper. But, that’s my only kitchen complaint and it’s a complaint I have with any VRBO.There are 5 huge, well appointed, bedrooms. There were only 4 of us, but this home could easily accommodate 6 adults and 4 kids with room to spare. The beds were really comfortable and even the loft had separate temperature control. So, everyone was happy with the sleeping temp, no matter where they slept.The bathrooms were all clean and in great condition with very nice fluffy towels! My only bathroom complaint would be the low water pressure. But, this home is on the top of a mountain! So, it’s to be expected. And, we were still able to take very comfortable showers.Fire pit was great! Park was great! It’s close to Cedar Grove Marina where we kept our boat and that was great, too!JUST BOOK IT! You will love this home!

Great views and private!

The cabin was gorgeous! Views of the lake are stunning and we were above the fog which gave it a mystery feeling. We watched fire flies sparkling at night. Daniel replied immediately on any questions we had. Only down side, cabin needed better cleaning.

extended family trip.

The property was wonderful. It had every thing that we needed for our stay. We took some extras with us that we did not need. Daniel stated that most small appliances were available. It may be helpful for others to have a listing of the appliances. We took along some extra lawn chairs that we did not need so that may also be something that you let people know. We brought down a large boat and it would have been helpful to know not to bring the boat up to the property as there was little room to maneuver it. Thank goodness my husband is good at backing our boat as someone less experienced may have gotten into trouble. The views from the property were spectacular! We had a wonderful trip.

Great Place for Large Groups

We have a wonderful time. Lots of room, beautiful views, and great communication with host. Only thing was that there were no kitchen towels. A couple of the pillow cases appeared dirty.

Great spot for relaxation

This cabin was a great place for college roommates and families to reunite for a short trip get away. Only downside was a light going out during the trip and the amount of dead stink bugs throughout different light fixtures. Even with these two small problems we plan to make this spot and annual stop.

The most beautiful place we have ever stayed in

The view was outstanding,the house was very functional with just a few minor things.could use some new pans and maybe some throw blankets to take outside.Other than that everything was very pretty.

Stunning View, Wonderful House

The view can't be beat. The house is impressive, clean and spacious. The pool table and air hockey made it fun even on rainy days. We rented a pontoon on the lake and had one of the best swimming experiences of our lives. We can't wait to return.

Very Remote

This cabin is in a very remote little town with nothing to do. Norris Lake is the main draw and you should plan on boating every day. The kitchen is in need of some additional utensils and some upgrades. There is nowhere to put your clothes away in the master bedroom as the owner has the closet locked, so you'll need to live out of your suitcase. The property manager was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful setting

The view from the deck is mesmerizing! The cabin is very comfortable and set up nicely for a group. We went out on the lake, and despite a lot of debris from spring rains, it was beautiful. We had a great visit, and I would highly recommend this property.

Exceptional!

My husband and I took two other couples who were Norris 1st timers...they were blown away. Sunny Daze is located on our favorite part of the lake and the view is killer! This is a well maintained, beautiful home. We will definitely be returning!

Definitely a must stay!!

This house is beautiful with an amazing view! Private yet close to grocery stores and a few other things. We went here to get away and enjoy the Lake! Needed to see a different view while social distancing. This place was super clean, came with everything you need and the view was spectacular! Management was super responsive to all of our questions! Plenty of room! Bedrooms on all 3 floors so the teens had the upstairs while the adults had the main. Floor and basement. Very comfortable! We have absolute no complaints! Definitely worth a stay if you are looking to get away and enjoy an amazing view!

Great family vacation!

Our stay at Rock Harbor was wonderful! The house was very clean, spacious and well stocked. The views are AMAZING! Loved waking up to that every morning. The quick drive to the private dock was easy. The residents who live in the neighborhood were very nice and welcoming. Daniel was also great to work with. Really appreciated the prompt communication! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location, View, and Cabin! A must stay! 10 STARS!

We are so happy we found Daniel's cabin! The location is perfect! The view was amazing! We rented a boat and parked it at the private marina which is less than 5 mins from the cabin. The lowest level has two bedrooms and a shared bath, the second level (main floor) is the master suite, and the third level has two bedrooms with two single beds and a shared bathroom. A half bath is on the main floor along with the living room, laundry, and kitchen. We are already considering visiting again next summer! Thanks again for being so accomodating, sharing your home with us, and your quick responses!

Fun quick get away

Beautiful spacious house with what I imagine is one of the best views (lake & mountains) in the neighborhood. The only regret is that I rented a golf cart thinking that we would drive it back and forth to the boat slip. I wouldn't/didn't attempt that hill with a golf cart. Very convenient to Knoxville. Enjoyed the stay.

Panoramic view

This was a wonderful few days getaway. The house is very clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for 2 families that shared the house. The marina is only a few minutes drive to get to the boat slip. We enjoyed the picturesque views every morning and evening from the top deck. We will definitely consider staying here again!
