**There is a $20.00 daily charge if you choose to heat or cool the pool.**
Paradise in Chandler! Just 1/2 mile east of Tempe. This luxurious 4 bedroom 2 bathroom dream doll house in a great family community in the Chandler area has been updated with all new paint, new flooring, updated kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful landscaping. Spanning over 1800 SF, this magnificent residence graced by high ceilings is a haven for gazing at the outdoor pool oasis complete with a large patio and grilling area. The entryway opens into a spacious great room made for entertaining accompanied by a quaint dining room which opens into a large kitchen. . The divine master suite features ample windows and a king bed with a separate entrance into the backyard pool area. The pool has the availability to be heated or cooled depending on the season. The master bath features an over sized glass shower, and double sinks. There are three other bedrooms which sleep an additional 9 guests with 1 king, 3 full beds, and one twin bunk bed.

The house was cozy for our group and location was perfect. Would definitely stay again! Pool is an added plus! We stayed in the warmer months and the temp of the pool was perfect. Great for entertaining with grill and plenty of outdoor seating.

Everything was perfect, and we had a heated pool with no extra charge, which was not easy to find. The house is in a lovely and nice area with lots of Christmas decorations (if you come around that time).

Perfect Stay

The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is great and close to eating, stores and more. We stayed for our son's wedding down the road at the Ashley Castle and this house made it so easy for us. Jim and Connie were quick to answer any questions that we had. perfect Spring Break!

We stayed for the week with our kiddos after exploring the Grand Canyon and Sedona- perfect location, the house is beautiful and clean with an awesome and warm pool, and we all enjoyed having our own bedroom. Tons to do in the area! We definitely want to come back!

Perfect!!!

This was a PERFECT stay! We will definitely be coming back to visit Phoenix and this is the ONLY house we will be coming to! Amazing accommodations, the pool was a 10, the house was so clean and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need!!

Family Vacation

This property was an amazing find for our extended family vacation and Thanksgiving holiday. Beautiful rooms, great kitchen for cooking, plenty of towels, lots of seating and table room, warm pool, beautiful backyard seating with lots of sun shade and very convenient location. This really was perfect for us in everyway.

Wonderful home, great stay!

Jima and Connie have created a perfect home away from home! The home was spot on for our family visit to the Phoenix area with a great location. The pool is a nice touch - very clean, well kept and nicely laid out. You will not be disappointed!
