This beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home is located directly in the heart of Pigeon, Forge, TN! Only 1/2 mile off of the main parkway at traffic light #1, this newly listed rental is in a prime location only a 10 minute drive to Dollywood theme park and Dollywood Splash Country, a 5 minute drive to LeConte Convention Center and Cal Ripken Experience Ball Fields. Also, only an 18 to 20 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. This unit is located in the family oriented and quiet neighborhood community of Riverpointe Subdivision. This cozy chalet comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a total of 3 queen beds. The first bedroom features one queen bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds and a bathroom with a shower. This unit features an open family concept with the kitchen, dining area, and living room in one open space. Enjoy a quiet relaxing stroll on the paved walking path by the creek just a few minutes walk from the unit. There is also a covered pavilion within the community within a few minutes walk with picnic tables to enjoy a picnic lunch.

This property is well maintained and clean. It is very close to the main strip but just far enough away to be quiet. We felt the neighborhood was quiet and safe as well. There was also plenty of room for the 5 of us. Brad was an excellent communicator and extremely easy to deal with.

Great place, great location

House was exactly as described, clean, and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, but just a couple minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. Host gave great instructions for the house. Would stay here again!

We had a great experience staying here! It was clean and the location was perfect for us.

The property is just like the photos. Everything was clean when we arrived, check-in and check-out was simple. If we return to this area we will definitely stay here again. It was the perfect size for our family of 5.
