Alpine Bear Trail - Free Spring Night

Book 3 Consecutive Nights. Receive the 3rd Night Free! May be used for Early Arrival or Late Departure. Valid on New Bookings with an arrival date between Now until April 30th, 2026. Applies to Select Properties. Only One Discount Applied per Reservation.
When booking online, please follow these steps.
1) Book 3 Consecutive Nights with an arrival date between Now until April 30th, 2026.
2) Request “3rd Night Free” in notes or by message through your booking portal.
3) We will receive the reservation and apply the 3rd Night Free for You!

Located just minutes from downtown Helen this property is a great place to be friends and family.

Alpine Bear Trail features a spacious design that has a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. There is a combination coffee maker, giving you the option of making a pot of coffee with a standard drip maker or one cup at a time with a Keurig.

On the main level of the home you will also find a master bedroom with a private bathroom and king size bed. There is a guest bathroom in the hallway that is convenient to all guests throughout your stay. There is a second bedroom on the main level that features an additional queen size bed. Upstairs has a private bathroom, one king size bed and a twin size trundle bed which is great for keeping an ear out for the younger children during the night.

The front porch has a small sitting area with a gas grill that has propane supplied for your use. The new back deck features a hot tub for your pleasure.

Main Floor = Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Area.
Bedroom #1: Master King Bed with private bath. Bedroom #2: Guest Queen Bed with separate bath
Upstairs = King Bed with a Twin Trundle Bed with private bath

• Minimum Age Requirement: Alpine Bear Trail is a Luxury Property and is available to families or to guests 25 years and older.
• Parking: Space is available for 4 vehicles. Trailers and RV's are not allowed.
• Access: The roads are paved all the way to the property.
• Pets: Alpine Bear Trail is Not pet friendly. No pets allowed.
• Location: Located 1 mile from downtown Helen.

Everyone had a nice bed and bath, we had a hot tub, the living area was comfortable, parking was available for all three vehicles. The place was really pricy for what it was. Poor customer service prior to and upon checking in - limited or no response to questions. They said they would try their best to accomodate 1 hour early check-in. Upon arrival, I was not able to access the unit. When I called, the lady said, "Well honey, check-in is at 4pm." (it was 3:15PM and the place was empty) I explained that I had already requested and someone told me they would try. Considering the unit was ready and the request was communicated in the morning, there was no reason it should have been inaccessible or for no one to follow-up. She said, "Well, you could have called us." (VRBO does not list phone numbers due to privacy) Did not appreciate the passive aggressive tone. Asked if it came with basic supplies before we left, received no response. Discovered after checking in, it lacked basic things a hotel would have (shampoo/conditioner/body soap). The kitchen lacked basic cooking supplies (oil, S&P). Woman said, "Well we own so many properties, we can't provide all of that. Feel free to check out the Dollar Store." I let her know this was the reason I inquired earlier, so I could just bring what I needed from home. Internet stopped working which is not fun with 2 kids. Hot tub cover - no instructions, after figuring it out, realized there was 0 room to maneuver to put a VERY heavy cover back on. Because it was so difficult, we only used it once. Won't rent again.

Excellent experience and beautiful space. Well appointed and very clean as well. The beds were SO comfortable that we checked the mattresses to see what brand they were. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect family home

3 bedrooms and bathrooms make it nice for families! Having very few steps to enter and two bedrooms on the bottom floor made it easygoing for handicapped family. Hot tub was nice in the evenings and the kitchen is perfectly stocked.

We stayed in the Alpine Bear Trail, located in Innsbruck, super nice house easy to get to and very close to the center of town. This is also our second time staying in this house and always plan to do future stays with Georgia Mountain rentals. My personal belief is customer service and they have an A1 tier customer service. They even called to see how the check-in went and to see if we needed anything.. couldn't recommend them enough to everyone and we will definitely be staying with them againThe one person who sticks out to me the most is Sherri, she was super sweet and super helpful in helping me book this rental and also be sure to ask for her.

Helen trip

The rental property was gorgeous and management was very accommodating during our stay. Staff is very responsive and issues were fixed right away. Its about a 5 mins drive to downtown Helen but the location is secured and in a beautiful gated golf course neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Overall a very lovely place, I would probably stay here again but just not for a week we weren't that impressed with the dining scene. The washer does a wonderful job but the dryer does not. It would take over an hour to dry one small load of clothes.

My wife and I have 3 adult children and a 5 year old and we were visiting Helen for the first time. The cabin was wonderful and had plenty of room. It was clean and well maintained. It's a bit far to walk into Helen, as many of the shops and restaurants are on the other end of the town (about 2 miles to get to the other side of town), but we were able to park and walk around with no problem. And if you want to walk, it's doable. Overall, this was just a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend!
