Updated 1925 Arlington Heights bungalow, steps from Montgomery Street and walking distance to Dickies Arena, Will Rogers Colosseum, and the Cultural District. Enjoy views of downtown from the shaded patio in the backyard. Kitchen equipped to cook like you are at home, and a dining/living area fit for the whole family.

There will always be snacks and water in the fridge when you arrive.
We provide basic toiletries (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable toothbrush/paste, Advil, hand lotion etc.) Also an iron and ironing board is available.
Fast and Reliable internet service.
Enjoy two comfortable living areas plus 2 backyard patios, one open, one covered. Three bedrooms, two queen beds and one day bed with a trundle. Open kitchen with all the necessary utensils and place settings for cooking and serving.
Keurig coffee/tea, please help yourself.
Washer/Dryer and we'll always provide Tide Pods and dryer sheets.

HBO, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Amazon Prime TV, NFL Sunday Ticket, All the basic channels etc.

Perfect location for our horse show across the street! Very easy drive to everything and very clean house. Loved it and will be booking for next year!

Great House, Great Location

The house was cute, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The location was great with easy access to downtown, area attractions and shopping. We especially liked browsing through the owner’s impressive collection of art books. We’ll definitely book this house again when in the area.

Perfect Location

We were in town to see a concert at The Dickies Arena and this place was located within steps of the arena. We personally loved all the books and plants in this house it made it very cozy. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Adorable cottage with AMAZING location

Perfect!

We attended a vendor event at the Will Rogers Memorial Center and staying here was the perfect location! The house was very clean, super cute and they had everything we needed. We will definitely use it again next year for the same event!

Great Location

Very cozy home with a great fenced yard for dogs. Walking distance to Dickie's if in town for an event. At top of the street is a great wine bar/restaurant. Cute and safe neighborhood. We would definitely go back!

Perfect house in the perfect location

We LOVED this home! Everything just worked perfectly! The location was amazing - eateries all around and within walking distance to the Will Rogers Equestrian Center. When we come back to Fort Worth we will definitely be checking this place out again! Absolutely perfect!

We were very comfortable. Very inviting and well equipped VRBO. We would highly recommend.

Location was perfect! The home is secure and well stocked with plenty of liens. The claw tub/shower is super cute but challenging for my elderly parents. Overall this home was perfect for our 4 days wedding celebration in Fort Worth!

Perfect House - Perfect Location

My boyfriend and I stayed at this perfect little house while we were in Fort Worth for a concert at Dickie's Stadium, which was within walking distance. The house was cozy and had every amenity we needed, plus some. We were within walking distance and driving distance to some great restaurants and museums. We thoroughly enjoyed shopping at the amazing Central Market and bringing back groceries to cook in the well-stocked kitchen. It if hadn't been 100+ degrees, we definitely would've enjoyed a walk around the adorable neighborhood. The property owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We didn't want to leave!

Worst host ever

I booked the home and then was told the house was booked on another platform and I was just out of luck since VRBO doesn't rent the day of had people coming in from out of town had to get a hotel room will never use VRBO again thanks for nothing

Fort Worth visit

The host sent us a message stating that check in info would be provided a couple days beforehand. I reached out the evening before our stay began to check on that information, as it had not yet been sent. In general, the house was quite clean. What had been overlooked was the shower. There were shaved hairs of another person still in the shower and on the shower curtain. Otherwise, all was acceptable and we enjoyed the location and the property.

Property manager was unprofessional/rude

This home was in the perfect location and walkable to the concert we were in town for the night for. However, the communication with the property manager following our 24 hour stay was atrocious. He accused us of breaking a garden table and trying to hide the pieces in the trash.When we told him the table was broken upon our arrival his response was “That is a ridiculous claim. I will be submitting a reimbursement claim.”As 30-something mothers just in town for a Pentatonix concert, we selected this location as it was close to the venue. We were completely respectful of the property even stripping the linens and starting a load of laundry before we checked out. Completely unprofessional and down right rude, especially given that there were exterior cameras he did not check prior to making that baseless accusation. Not sure if he was trying to scam us or was simply being rude.Simply put: House was great. Property manager was awful. 100% would NOT recommend staying here due to unprofessional property manager.

This house is everything the listing says it is. Cute, clean and accommodating, which we appreciated. Prior to the stay the owners communicated some fun things to do in the surrounding area, which was great. Upon arriving and checking in, the owner was there finishing a cleaning. Mentioned she looked at her calendar wrong and forgot we were supposed to be staying that night. We only had to wait for about 5 minutes before being able to go inside. We’re understand people so it wasn’t a big deal to us and she was very apologetic and sweet about it. When we got inside we had no complaints, the house was perfect. We would definitely book again! Thank you for letting us stay.

Weekend visit.

My daughter and I came for a weekend visit to see a concert at Dickies Arena. The house is within easy walking distance to the arena, and was clean, comfortable, secure and artfully decorated. Everything worked properly. The property is also walking distance to the museums of the cultural district and dining, and a short drive to the Stockyards. Highly recommended.

Very Convenient

We stayed at this lovely property during the Fort Worth Stock show. January 17-21 2022. We loved the property , we loved how close it was to the show barn. The house was very comfortable. It had a fenced in backyard. They were snacks and drinks waiting for us . We had three teenagers myself and my husband and had plenty of room . The neighborhood was nice, quiet and clean. Mr. Kelly was very nice and communication with him was excellent. We will definitely stay in this house again. Thank you Mr. Kelly for allowing us to stay in your house while we were in Fort Worth.
