Cozy Retreat Near Riverwalk Park: Discover this compact cottage conveniently located steps away from Riverwalk Park and the scenic Riverwalk Loop trail. It's your ideal starting point for all the adventures in the Chelan valley.

Family and Pet-Friendly: The small grassy yard is perfect for your kids and dogs to play, and after a fun day in town or at the lake you can grill your favorite meal on the electric BBQ. This home welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. (Please note the yard is partially fenced.)

The Riverwalk 2 House can be rented alone or in combination with the larger 5 bedroom/3 bathroom Riverwalk 1 rambler-style main house (with approximately 3000 square feet of space between both units) located on the same property.

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

This place is clean with easy access to everything Chelan. The beds and pillows are not the best but they work... Id stay here again

The location is very close to the main downtown and the riverwalk so that is a plus but the specific location is right by a bus stop, which leads to a lot of loitering right by the fence. There was some bickering going on out there at multiple times by bus patrons as well as it made taking our dog out difficult as the fence is also not very secure at all. Another issue was the small electric BBQ didn’t work very well, have to admit we had higher expectations for the bbq luster. The place itself is a good value for the price we paid overall but it is a converted space (possibly partially used to be the garage?) so there are quirks of it. Overall a good experience but can’t give it 5 stars for the various reasons listed.

House was very clean. We appreciated that pets were allowed. It is an ideal location for walking downtown and on the Riverwalk path. The only kitchen item I would add is a dish drainer with a tray. Since there is no dishwasher, the kitchen needs a drying rack that also has the tray to place underneath the rack.

Family Getaway

Communication was minimal. Good thing I checked my email. I am used to getting texts as primary communication. Place worked well for our needs. It is a converted gagrage, so though there is a split system for A/C, it is in the main room and there are strange fans in the wall for air flow. I would bring something to darken window in the second bedroom with two beds, if I was bringing kids. If I brought a dog, I would want to know that other renter may also have brought dogs and fence between "properties" is very short. Kitchen was missing any sort of spatula. It had the bare minimum of dishes. There is no dishwasher so you would think the dish drainer would be in good order but it was missing a drain tray. I don't remember reading beforehand that paper supplies would be limited. There was barely enough tp for the 5 nights we stayed. It would be fine if I knew in advance as I'd bring my own. It shows to me the renter does not prioritize hospitality. For accessibility info, as that is helpful for us as renters, there is a large step to bathroom. There are a couple steps from parking spot to entry.

We had a great time, the check in process was smooth, the property was as described. This is a great place close to all of the shops and restaurants where you can bring the family dog! If we are vacationing with our dog we will stay here again.

Thanksgiving stay

Overall it was nice. The light in the main bedroom flickered while we stayed and my husband stepped on a screw from somewhere. The vacation rental people are quick to respond and it was a place we could bring our dogs to which was a bonus

Nice place

Perfect spot to be walking distance to downtown. Place was exactly as described. Only negative is the fact the property in on the main highway through town, but there are few trucks on the road at night so it wasn’t much of a nuisance. Family really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Stay

This place was perfect as an add-on to our family stay. We rented both Riverside Houses and had lots of room for all 8 of us. When only 2 of us come with our dog, this would be perfect size for us. You can't find a better place that is both close to town and the water!

Great stay in Lake Chelan

Had a great time during our stay. Location is excellent. Our teens were able to access the water activities (kayaking and water boarding) within walking distance from the house. The grandparents were able to enjoy the park and shops in town within walking distances.

Ideal location near river and downtown Chelan

This small property was perfect for my friend and I who were in town for a paragliding competition. We loved the proximity to downtown and the river, the farmer's market and great restaurants.

One thing I would mention is to consider the stairs from driveway to front door and large step up to bathroom if you have elderly folks with you.
