This spacious home is designed for memorable gatherings, featuring a large living and dining area, as well as a second living space perfect for relaxing and watching TV. With a master bedroom on the main level and two additional bedrooms upstairs—including a king suite and a bunk room with full bedding—everyone will find their own comfortable space. Enjoy the outdoors on the screened porch overlooking the inviting swimming pool. Create lasting vacation memories at 1 West Garrison!

PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH
• It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach. Turn right on Wagon Road and follow it to South Sea Pines Drive. Then turn left on the bike path and continue to beach marker 26, where a path leads directly to the beach.
Sea Pines Beach Trolley Service is located at parking lot 8, off Greenwood Drive, near Willow Oak Road West. Operates daily from 9 am to 5 pm. June 8 to September 7.

The pool and spa were perfect! The proximity to the beach was also great. We enjoyed the bike paths and many of the shops and restaurants Sea Pines has to offer. The house was perfect for our group! Very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Vacation House

We Loved staying in this house. Everything inside has been updated. The pool and hot tub were great to have right there in the back yard. We will absolutely try to stay in this house again!

Another Great Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at 1 West Garrison. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay at this home perfect. The pool and hot tub is new, the furniture in the screened in porch accommodates a large group, and the distance to the beach is an easy walk. We will be booking this home again!

Nice rental but not as upgraded as expected from listing description.

Disappointed in master bedroom. Bed was soft and lumpy and bathroom was small. Kitchen was well stocked. Internet and tv was out for an entire day but fixed by property management by end of the day. Pool was beautiful but could only get the heat in the hot tub to work.

Thank you for taking the time to email us about your stay at 1 West Garrison. I'm sorry that you were disappointed with the master bedroom and bathroom. The pictures are current and depict the house accurately. Regarding the mattress the house has been on our rental program for two years and this is the first complaint that we have received about the mattress, which is a matter of personal preference. During your stay there was a cable outage in all of Sea Pines that was unfortunately out of our control. You can always reach out to The Vacation Company for any issues regarding your stay including the pool and spa and we can assist you. Regards The Vacation Company

Lovely home!

This was perfect for our family vacation. Great amenities, easy bike rides to the beach. Beach Club is fabulous.

Perfect Beach House In The Woods

We loved this house! It was freshly decorated, well appointed, and well laid out. Especially loved the screened in porch, the five huge Roku TVs, and the hot tub. It was a short bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and great trails. Our only disappointment was that the pool is generally in the shade. Note that we were there in late October/early November. Five stars for the house!
