This warm and inviting space will allow you to enjoy your vacation in an authentic and refined atmosphere.<br><br>This villa has 4 bedrooms:<br>The Christe-marine Bedroom: From the villa’s entry hall, a staircase leads to the lower level of the house, where you’ll find an 18 m² bedroom decorated in a sea-green theme, the color of a plant endemic to the Corsican coastline. Set apart and opening onto a terrace furnished with armchairs and offering a view of the maquis, this bedroom features: a 160×200 bed, a TV, a closet, a mosaic-tiled bathroom, a hair dryer, and air conditioning.<br><br>The Helycrisum or Immortelle Room: located on the upper floor of the villa, this 30 m² room features a dressing area, a separate toilet, a polished concrete bathroom with a vanity unit featuring two stone sinks, a bathtub (180×80), a towel warmer, a hair dryer, air conditioning, a TV, a 160×200 bed, and a single-seater convertible armchair (80×190). If needed, this allows you to accommodate a child without cluttering the room. It opens onto a terrace furnished with two armchairs and offers a remarkable view of the sea.<br><br>The Myrte Room: Also located upstairs, this charming 13.50 m² room, themed in black—the color of the famous Black Bay—is equipped with a large closet, a 160×200 bed with a TV, a bathroom featuring polished concrete and beige pebbles with a view of the sea, a hair dryer, and air conditioning. It opens onto a terrace furnished with two armchairs and offers a breathtaking view of the sea.<br><br>The Coral Room: This final room on the floor, measuring 18 m² and decorated with a coral theme, features two 80×200 beds that can be separated or joined, a TV, a console table, a large closet, a bookshelf with books, a bathroom with polished concrete and beige pebbles, a towel warmer, and air conditioning. It features a large, secluded, shaded terrace furnished with armchairs and offering a beautiful view of the sea.<br><br>OUTDOORS:<br>The villa’s main terrace, adorned with an elegant wrought-iron railing, features a covered outdoor kitchen with a plancha grill, gas stove, and countertop; it is furnished with a table that seats 8–9 guests and outdoor furniture, including a sofa and armchairs.<br>Below, there is a second terrace with an 8×4-meter heated pool (between 26° and 3°) facing the sea. This wellness area is a true invitation to relax, with its shaded canopy bed, four lounge chairs and benches, and two solar-powered light balls.
