Cute Farmhouse sitting in the middle of 8 secluded acres! HUGE country kitchen with wood burning stove! The 3 (all King) Bedroom/3 Private Bath home (plus 1 Queen size rollaway bed) is furnished west/southwest style, featuring wood floors, big kitchen table, beamed ceilings, reclaimed wood walls in one bedroom, TV - Wi Fi, and big Texas rocking chairs on the front porch.
One-half mile back from the highway, the Farmhouse gives you your own private get-away in total seclusion, while being only minutes from all the conveniences. It sleeps 6-8 guests.

If you are attending a wedding or one of the wineries in the area, visiting the Texas Renaissance Festival (5 minutes away), or need temporary housing while waiting to move in to your new home, or just looking for a place to get away in the country, this is it!

This was our third time. We just love this place. So cozy and close to the Texas Renfest. It is spacious and perfect for our family.

A great time.

I was able to rent all four houses on the property for my family gathering. The pictures definitely don’t display the beauty of the entire property.. My family really enjoyed our stay. Swimming all day, hiking trails, fishing and the boats was definitely a blast. I will be back,

Rustic, tranquil, and clean

We rented the property for a weekend at the Renaissance Fair. First off, perfect location, but keep in mind it’s important you leave early each day, as the traffic does back up on the road right outside, that leads to the Faire parking. Now, the property. It is a bit rustic, but in a most enjoyable way. It is perfect for a group, each bedroom has a bathroom, which is a huge plus. The family room is spacious, as are the three outside patios. We had some minor issues, but they were addressed immediately The property was very clean, and I would recommend it highly.

We stayed there to be close to the Texas Renfest.

It was perfect for what we needed. So close to the Renfest. Being on the acreage was an added plus. We hope to stay there every year.

Refuge from the hustle and bustle

We were in town for a funeral and the location was the perfect, peaceful place for us to be. Oak trees are beautiful. The house is well appointed and is nice to have a bathroom for each room.

Wonderful property with lot of outdoor activities to do. Barbara was very helpful and helped us get the most out of our stay.
