Nothing beats the convenience of staying slope-side. Park your car when you arrive, and you won't need it again until you reluctantly leave for home. You/re an easy walk from all base area lifts and village shops, restaurants, activities, concerts & festivals. HOA amenities include indoor & outdoor hot tubs, changing/locker rooms, steam shower, sauna, a well-equipped workout room, covered parking, and summer tennis and outdoor pool. Adjacent to the Tram building, this condo also offers a balcony with gas grill overlooking Le Chamois and with spectacular views of the ski area.
11% Placer County lodging tax, 1% Squaw/Alpine Mass Transit tax, and 0.5% OV/AM MD Assessment are added to your reservation.
