It is a basement apartment. There is a patio outside and a beautiful, well tended lot with fruit trees and grapes. The sea is visible to the left.The sun sets directly over this area and its pink and beautiful for an hour. The best view in the whole town is 300 yards down the road toward the sea for sunset.Very little material provided in apt though. Grocery store up the street needed for basic provisions.

Relaxing in Carvoeiro

Clean and spacious one bedroom apartment. Lovely, bright large patio.with parking. Overlooks owners garden and lovely neighborhood. Bonus is the ocean view.

Séjour a Caroveiro

Le logement est bien situé avec terrasse extérieur et parking privé, le secteur est calme , a deux pas de la plage et a proximité des commerces, restaurant , bien desservi. Également bien situé pour visiter dans la région.L’accueil par Elena est chaleureux et reste disponible pour tous renseignements.Le logement est ancien, il pourrait être modernisé, sans chauffage , il peut être frais et humide selon la saison.

Unterkunft sehr einfach

Sehr alte Möbel die in der Küche schon sehr verschlissen waren, Schubfächer gingen schwer auf,Schranktüren verzogen. Im Bad fehlte eine Steckdose, Haken und der Spiegelschrank sehr alt und unansehnlich mit Roststellen , ich mochte dort nichts reinstellen. Heizung mussten wir extra zahlen und wir hatten Pech das es zu unserer Zeit sehr kühl war. Vermieter war sehr nett.

Geweldig verblijf met aardige, vrolijke gastvrouw ! Locatie is in een mooie villawijk: rustig en met een prachtig uitzicht. Fijn om een ruime tuin te hebben met tafel, stoelen en ligbedden. Auto kan ook op eigen terrein geparkeerd worden. Besef wel dat het huis uit 2 delen bestaat. Je verblijft in het onderste deel. Het bovenste deel wordt ook verhuurd maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Lage war nicht richtig angegeben, zum Strand ca 15 Minuten steil hinunter, der " Strand" in der Nähe war kein richtiger Strand, nur bei Ebbe betretbar, mit Tang bedeckt - viele Warnschilder. Bett war sehr hart, Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig

We loved it.

The location was slightly out of town and away from the cafes and bars but still with a sea view, which suited us perfectly, and yet it was only a few minutes walk to get down to the beach and town centre. Parking was easy and secure. We sat outside on the patio with its neat garden border. Inside the cool tiled floors were cool and clean but for us (in March) the temperature was still a bit too cool in the evenings, although a heater was available to hire at a small additional cost. The kitchen was fine for a holiday with plenty of vintage pans and an assortment of cutlery, though it lacked a few basics like salt, pepper, oil, bin liners which would have been nice to have. There was plenty of very hot water! We really enjoyed the board-walk, also walking the cliff paths to Benagli to the east and Ferragudo to the west. We explored bits of Portomao, Faro and Salves. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Für uns war die Lage perfekt! Strandnah, alles was man braucht fussläufig erreichbar und ruhig. Selbstverständlich hatten wir einen Mietwagen und konnten viele schöne Ausflüge machen. Wer Party braucht ist hier fehl am Platz. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen!

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances au calme.

La maison est très bien située. 7 mn à pied pour descendre à la grande plage et 3 mn pour la plage de Paraiso ! Nous avions un emplacement pour notre véhicule, très pratique. Carvoeiro est une jolie et agréable station balnéaire. Mais beaucoup d'algues 4 jours avant notre départ sur la plage. Il faut que ces algues soient ramassées sinon ça sent mauvais et nous n'avons plus d'accès à la plage.

What we like about the property was it closeness to 'everything'; shops, restaurants and the beach. What we also like about it was the quietness of it's location, you can hear the waves of the ocean but not the festivities at the beach level. The streets are well it and safe to walk at night. What we would have like was a fan or two to move the hot air within the suite/villa. The windows and door are on one side of the suite with walls in between and not contusive to cross ventilation. It was unbearable at times where one would have to consider the minimalist approach. A fan would help for comfort.

Férias Inesperadas, mas Agradáveis

Não pensava sair da minha zona, por causa do covid19. Fiquei com uma depressão e tive de reforçar a medicação. Quando me senti melhor deu-me vontade de sair. Através primeiro da booking e depois de uma parceria, consegui alugar apartamento nesta propriedade, até porque tinha amigos perto. Está localizada num belíssimo local, com vista para o mar. A praia é relativamente perto, mas levávamos carro, porque o meu irmão tem problemas e um deles é o andar. Quanto ao apartamento, não é de luxo, poderia ser mais económico, mas é confortável. Notámos a falta do bidé, pois estamos habituados a ele. Os donos são simpáticos, sobretudo a sr.ª que foi com quem mais falei. Recomendo. Ana Teresa

Perfect Location for a Perfect Stay at Carvoeiro

We really enjoyed our stay at Carvoeiro and we can heartily recommend this apartment. The location is perfect: close to the beach and the supermarket, and our hostess welcomed us warmly and was both very nice and acommodating :)
