Access to the piste des lutins (blue track) 150m away allowing to reach cable car and gathering ski schools directly. 700m from the Crêt de la Brive cable car and the ski school rally. Regular pay shuttle at 20m.WAS: In a residence located in the hamlet of Charbonnières, 550m from the center of Valloire and shops (centre 350m accessible via a path at the foot of the residence). 1km from the leisure base (pool, ice rink, wellness area).



Accommodation: BEDS: Bedroom (West): 1 double bed (140x190cm) Living room: 1 pull-out sofa (2x 80x190cm) Bedding with duvets and blankets. EQUIPMENT: Living room (West): - Kitchen area: combined microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob (2 burners) - Lounge area: television and Wi-Fi shared by the building. Bathroom: sink, bathtub, hairdryer. Separate toilet. Washing machine. SERVICES/OBSERVATIONS: Pets not allowed. Bed linen and towels not included. End of stay cleaning not included. Elevator. Ski locker. Balcony (West) with garden furniture. A private underground parking space in the Myosotis building (450m away).
