This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect get away for anyone looking to spend time on the lake. Nestled in a quiet area less than 5 minutes away from Sunrise Marina Boat Launch and 7 minutes from Seibold Boat Launch. This home has a serene back yard and porch, which boasts 8ft privacy fence, seating and a grill. Enjoy the morning out back before beginning your day. You’re sure to love this quiet, cozy cottage. In town for a weekend event

We were in town to an event at Canyon Cove - super convenient to Grant and Canyon Cove - also very convenient to Guntersville and great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood - easy access - everything we great.

Great property and host

We were just in town for a quick fishing trip so we weren't looking for much. This property blew us away. It was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The owner was very responsive and kind. I'll definitely look for this place when we return.

Great Restful Spot

My best friend and I had the opportunity to stay here while visiting the area for a half marathon. The property was clean and comfortable, everything we needed was there and the hot tub was such a perk after running up and down the hills and caves at Cathedral Caverns State Park. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so. Property owner/manager was responsive and helpful with the question I had. No complaints at all!

Fun Winter Getaway!

We had a great time on our weekend at this property. It was a girl's weekend, no kids. The place was immaculate and provided most everything we needed. We explored caverns, enjoyed local cuisine and did some shopping while we were there for the weekend. We did not get to use the hot tub, but that is only because of the weather. We had rain and then freezing temperatures. We all agreed we would like to return! We loved the surrounding area and this cute little house! As a VRBO owner myself the only feedback I have is - the place could use some extra blankets, we did not find any. Also trashbags and toilet paper - usually you get at least a full roll and a couple bags - we had neither and had to run to the store the morning after we got there. Minor items - still gets a 5 review!! Thanks!!

Weekend stay

We enjoyed staying at this property for the weekend very close to a boat launch to access lake Guntersville. Very clean, easy check in and out and the host was very kind and answered any questions we had! I would recommend staying here! 10/10!

Great house

This house was perfect. We played in a baseball tournament. It was a great house to come home to and relax. It was nice and quiet. There’s a bbq restaurant. It’s walking distance. The house is 15 minutes from City Harbor. Great restaurants by the water. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect and so comfy!

This house was perfect, the location was beautiful and quiet and so close to Cathedral Caverns park and Guntersville. The bed and couch were super cozy and I love the nice big soft towels! Having two bathrooms worked out great. The kitchen was perfect to make dinner, grocery store was close by, and the hot tub was super clean and hot and so relaxing in the woodsy backyard. We wished our stay wasn't so short. It's obvious a ton of work was put into updating this cute house.

This was definitely a great find especially for the price. I have family in the area so it was great to be able to stay so close. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked well with everything you need. We will definitely be back

Very nice stay

We had a little trouble with getting the access code initially, but Leslie was very helpful and we got in and had a great stay! This was for my brother’s engagement, and they put a card and a bottle of wine on the table for them. It was very sweet. Communication was great throughout our stay.

Nice business/fishing getaway

This property is the perfect size for a couple to stay in comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The deck out back was cozy and had to doors to reach it. It made going outside much easier while Hubby did business using the wifi in the livingroom. It was far enough from the water to be quiet and relaxing and close enough that I was fishing everyday. It was a beautiful and easy drive into Huntsville for business. The stores aren't far away if you need to restock either. I would definitely recommend this property

Good find

Four of us stayed for a fishing trip with two boats. Parking was good, kitchen was well appointed. House was clean and updated. We were very happy with it. Would be nice if they would put an extra twin bed in the master.
