• Sleeps 2 Comfortably (Maximum - 2 People), Queen Bed provided with blankets, pillows, trash bags.
• We Do NOT supply linens, towels, washcloths, toiletries, or soaps
• NO Pets are allowed! "HOA has strict no pet rule & Home Owner is very asthmatic - You will be asked to leave, with no refund"
• Our condo is in a safe gated community located at 9201 Coast Guard Rd, Emerald Isle, NC 28594
Some important Details;
1.) You must bring Queen size linens, any towels, washcloths, toiletries, and soaps
2.) Only rented Saturday to Saturday
3.) Check in - 3pm, Check out – 10am
4.) Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are permitted on the premises.

We had a great stay at this rental. It was exactly as described and the ground floor location made it super convenient for packing/unpacking and trips to the beach. The owners are very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in a great location, it was clean, and there was a lot of space for two people. The walk to the beach took us about 4 to 5 minutes. We had an awesome vacation in Emerald Isle!

Perfect for a couple

We have stayed in this condo before and were delighted to be able to stay again. Bernie and Debra are great host. The condo is clean and neat. It is a short walk to the beach, but we dont mind. Restaurants and stores are close by. Gaffer's is so convenient. We recommend this VBRO!Joe and Gail

Cozy place to stay

We absolutely loved this place. It was clean and cozy. The condo was decorated nicely and we loved the lanai. This was our first time at Emerald Isle and we will definitely be back-we would rebook this place in a heartbeat.

Beautifully relaxing getaway

We were beyond surprised and overjoyed with this condo! It was incredibly clean and well taken care of. There was a lot of love put into this space and you can tell! The location was perfect. It was close to all the restaurants, stores, and entertainment. The pool and gym were just steps away. The beach was a little far of a walk, especially in the heat, but not too bad! The owners were amazingly accessible and made the entire checkin process an easy and painless experience. We had no issues the entire week. We hope that we get the opportunity to stay here again! If you are looking for an exceptional stay in Emerald Isle, this is the place! You will not be disappointed 😌

Good for two!

New couch and chair - very nice. TV set up is not easy. Did not use it. Everything else was fine. Plans for next year have changed and so we will not be returning. Too. Bad it is a nice safe place to stay.

Our annual family vacation

Very easy to rent online. Property was in excellent condition with comfortable furnishings. Only one mile from the large house the rest of our family was renting But it was nice to have our own place to come home to every night.

Great location on Emerald Isle

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was updated and well stocked with all the amenities you would need for your stay. I appreciated having the extra door lock and door wall stick for extra security while you're there. The value was good and the selling point for me was bringing my own linens and not paying the exorbitant fees that many rentals charge for cleaning/linens/owner's fees etc. Thank you Deb and Bernie! A couple of small suggestions would be to upgrade with some more comfortable furniture, for those rainy days when you want to just lounge around, and a better mattress. I would be willing to pay more per night to have those things. Also, adding a full length mirror on the back of master bedroom door is one of those small things that make a big difference when you're getting ready to go out to dinner. The condo was in a good location right over the bridge with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, a very enjoyable vacation in a nice condo by the beach.

Great Value, Great Location

This condo was all around great! We were a short walk from the beach and pools. The kitchen had everything we needed. The couch is kind of uncomfortable but we were able to sleep well in the bed. The owners were available and very responsive at all times. We enjoyed our week on Emerald Isle so much. Thanks again!

Relaxing Getaway

This property exceeds the description. There is plenty of space for two, the property is immaculately clean and decorated, and the complex is quiet and well maintained. The owners were easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to every inquiry.

Lovely condo

This was a perfect fit for us. Lower level condo with many upgrades. It is so convenient to the Publix and 15 minutes to about anything on the island. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and less to the pools. Very quiet and peaceful.

Life after Covid

After over a year of no travel this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The condo is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The decor is tastefully done, the bed comfy, the kitchen extremely well equipped, and it is spotlessly clean. The entire development is very clean. This unit is a longer walk to the beach for two seniors carry all our stuff. We drove our car closer to the walkway which worked just fine, plenty of parking. The owners were responsive to questions and made renting very easy. The screened in porch is a plus. A great place to sip on your wine away from any bugs.

Relaxing getaway

The property was very clean and just a short walk from the beach. We had a wonderful week and the beach was not crowded. The owner did state that linens were not included, but be sure to bring necessities like dish towels, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper as well. The condo also does not have any board games, books or cards, ( this may be due to Covid 19), so be sure and bring entertainment for a rainy day. The kitchen was very nice. The only downside to the condo was that the seating in the living room was not very comfortable. We did have a very relaxing week.
