The Red Heart of Annecy ❤️

Cozy, yet spacious apartment located in the heart of Annecy with 4th floor views of the Canal du Vassé, Pont des Amours (Lover's bridge), the Mairié (town hall), and the mountains. Across the street from Lake Annecy, a 10 minute walk to the train station, and centered between many fabulous restaurants, shops and old town. WIFI and washer/dryer included.

The space
Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, one shower room, and a private toilet room. There is a queen bed in one room, a full bed in the 2nd room and a comfortable full sized sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room. The 2nd bedroom provides access to a small balcony in the courtyard. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with a full sized oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a microwave. We also provide a blender, toaster, Nespresso Machine & a full compliment of utensils for cooking and dining in. Double doors open to a small balcony overlooking the Canal du Vassé and the Mairié (perfect viewing when the Mairié is lit up during the Holidays) while also providing a great view of the mountains.

Guest access
Guests have full access to our apartment, with the exception of the owner's private attic and cave storage areas.

Other things to note
The apartment can be accessed via the stairs or a small elevator from the ground entrance. The building was constructed in 1938, and our apartment has the beautiful original herringbone wood flooring with all of its character and the classic styles of that era that you will notice in the crown molding, over-sized base boards, and original wood framed windows and hardware. The apartment has excellent water pressure and hot water, as well as brand new furniture and bedding throughout for your comfort.
