## Neighborhood

This beautiful flat is located 8 min walk from the beach of Gigaro, below the village of La Croix-Valmer in a residence of about 120 units spread in a landscaped area on the hillside. Within 5 minutes by car, you can reach all the shops of the village and the beautiful beaches. You can choose between many restaurants near your flat, such as La Cabane Méditerranée, Marius à la Plage, Couleurs Jardin, Dada, Nautic Beach and Lilly of the Valley. If you want to spend some relaxing time, you can also enjoy the enchanting view of the sea, Cap Lardier (a nature reserve, not built), with the Vallon Valmer, vineyards and palm trees in the foreground from your terrace. By car, you can also reach Saint Tropez in 20 minutes, as well as other charming coastal resorts.
