The home away from home for adventurers.
Join us at our family lake house to enjoy the beautiful views and landscape of Yuba Lake State Park. With eight bedrooms, two deck-side hot tubs, ADA accessible spaces, RV pad, a private beach and more, we've built our home to be enjoyed by adventurers of all ages. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Utah, we're the perfect home base for any adventure.

Superbowl getaway

Spectacular place with everything we need to enjoy the family. Clete and Marina make this such a wonderful experience and we are thankful the View is made available to create great memories.

2024 Awesome Yuba Lake Vacation

This is the perfect house for our large family. This is our second time staying in this home and again it did not disappoint! Our time at the lake was so enjoyable! We also enjoyed the nice big kitchen table for meals and playing games. We are already planning a return trip!

The best VRBO we've ever stayed in!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and we had an incredible trip to Yuba Lake. We were so impressed with all the extras provided at this house--yard games, board games, tons of blankets and hot tub towels, charging ports, everything you could need in the kitchen, a fun bunk bed room for the little ones, and more. Our family loves this house and we will definitely be back!

Family Reunion

This property is absolutely beautiful! The views are incredible and every room is well thought out. All the bedrooms have access to the back decks and basement porch which gives you amazing views. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with, and the whole house is Quality plus. We hope to stay here again!!

A Winter Dream

Thank you for sharing your home. It was stunning and very spacious to meet the needs of our group. The owner was very responsive and answered every question, offering great suggestions to make our trip smooth. If we come back out to Salt Lake City again, we will definitely stay here!

Lake House Family Reunion

This was the PERFECT house for my large family reunion. 14 adults plus kids and everyone had planets of room to spread out. Everyone agreed the 8 en suite bedrooms/bathrooms were simply the best! Views from every room were stunning. Kids loved playing outdoor games on the grass, games in the basement, fishing on the private dock, and boating in the reservoir. We enjoyed the amphitheater and firepit one evening.! Kitchen was the most well stocked vacation rental kitchen I’ve ever been in-crockpots, kitchen aide, large serving/mixing bowls, plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils. Double hot tubs were a total bonus after a day of playing at the lake! Most well thought out vacation rental- the owners thought of everything. Can’t recommend this place more

Perfect lake house family reunion

We loved our stay at The View. The home was beautiful and so well furnished. We loved having bathrooms with every bedroom, plus a bunk room for the kids. The kitchen was roomy and well furnished. We loved the outdoor space with the deck, hot tubs, playground, grassy area, and ampitheater. The access to the lake was close and the dock was very nice. The view is a perfect name for the home, as the views are truly spectacular. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Epic Hess Family Trip

This home was beautiful inside and out. Everything we could have needed was provided. We had so much fun at the beach and with all of the extras (pool table, hot tub, outdoor games) at the house. We had lots of great conversations and played some fun games at the big kitchen table. We have a large family and it was so nice to have a bedroom and bathroom for everyone. We are already planning our next trip there. Thanks Clete for being an awesome host!

Loved "The View"!

We had a fabulous time at The View! The views are outstanding. We loved having a bathroom combined with every bedroom with an extra one by the front door. The kitchen worked great for our large group. We loved the amphitheater, hot tubs, games and layout of the house! Our runners loved all the roads and trails. We loved having several large areas within the house to congregate. The playground was well used as was the lawn area. Thanks for having such a beautiful place and being willing to share!
