THE VIEW
Upon entering the condo the first thing you will see is the beautiful ocean waves as A22 has ocean views throughout the main living area and master bedroom. You can't help but get caught up in the laid-back California way of life during your stay as you sit back and relax on the comfortable balcony chairs and watch families gathering on the sand, surfers walking by below on their way to the waves, and hear the sound of waves crashing on the beach mingled with music from cars rolling by on "The Strand" below.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen has been completely remodeled to be an open-concept kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation.
The dining table seats 6 and is a bar height table to allow for an unobstructed view of the ocean and there is additional seating for two at the kitchen island.

LIVING AREAS
In the living room, you'll find plenty of seating for the whole family on the comfortable sofa sleeper couch (queen-size), two oversized seating chairs, and a small rocker. The large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall and includes cable for your viewing enjoyment. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The Ensuite master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate vanity area. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

SLEEPING
A22 is set up to sleep 6 guests. with a Cali King bed in the Master Bedroom and a full and twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. Also in the master is a cozy reading chaise and both rooms have plenty of storage space in the closets and dressers provided. Both bedrooms have mounted TVs with cable TV provided for our guests. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This way, no matter your group configuration, there's a setup that works for everyone.

-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next door to the unit.
-A22 is a corner cottage which means it has more windows bringing light and the view from additional vantage points.

-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-To help with the mountain of devices we know accompany our travelers, the condo has been fitted with USB plugs in the kitchen and both bedrooms.
-A22 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

A22 is located in the "A building" which is a smaller section of North Coast Village across the street from the main building. It has its own pool, hot tub, commercial BBQ grills (which are cleaned daily), laundry facility, and ping pong table. You also will have access to the main area amenities with your gate key.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to helo create cooling cross breezes.
