新しく建てられたヴィラの1階にある独立したアパート（2012年）。
アパートには、キッチン、ベッドルーム、アクセサリー付きのバスルーム、大きな家具付きテラスがあります。
テレビ、洗濯機、冷凍庫、オーブン、食器、シャワー、ヘアドライヤー、ファン、海の景色を望む甘いリラクゼーションのためのテラスなど、すべての快適さが備わっています。

Fantastic location with great views

Giuseppe was very good at communicating both before and during the trip. The house was hard to find, despite Google instructions but when we got lost Guiseppe came out in his car and led us to the house. He and his sister were very friendly and a pleasure to meet. The house is on a hilltop and has a lovely terrace with amazing views of the sea and surrounding hills and landscape. The 2 chairs on the terrace were very comfortable. The final road to reach the house is unmade but you get used to that! Nearby Siculiana was fine for buying supplies in the Spar supermarket - very cheap. A simple house, as we had expected from the description but bed very comfortable with a great fan provided in the bedroom which we were grateful for at night. Everything was clean and tidy. We felt a few basics were missing in the kitchen eg a kettle, sharp knives and a chopping board but when we were leaving we mentioned these and Guiseppe was happy to receive constructive criticism to improve things. A great location - you can walk down a very steep road from the house to a beach (Percole) which was lovely. The beaches in the ares are beautiful - Turkish steps, Ereclea Minoa and Torre Salsa. Don't believe the car park man at Torre Salsa when he tells you to walk 25 minutes along the beach to see caves. We walked for 50 minutes and found none but did find many nudists which wasn't a problem but a little unexpected! Beach worth the walk however. We drove to the hilltop town of Caltabelotta which was amazing with awesome views and then following a recommendation from Lonely Planet guide went to Sciacca and sought out Trattoria Al Faro for a fish dinner. This was the most sublime fish meal we have ever had - 25 euros a head including wine, water, desert and coffee but be warned it is a LOT of food. We were sad we couldn't eat it all and maybe should have gone for the smaller 17.50 Euro option. Overall a great location which we recommend highly.

Umwerfender Blick

Herrlich, etwas isoliert auf einem Hügel neben einem Turm aus dem 16. Jahrhundert liegendes modernes Haus in angeschlossenem Grundstück. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock. Großzügige Terrasse mit Mobiliar. Innen angenehmes Schlafzimmer und eine Küche mit kleinem Esstisch. Keine anderen Sitzgelegenheiten. Eher spartanisch und lieblos ausgestattet. Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter und konnten nicht draußen sitzen. Dafür war es nicht ideal. Kein WiFi. Nur für schöne warme Tage empfehlenswert.

Moderne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Panoramablick

Diese Unterkunft ist einsam gelegen und bedindet sich auf einer Hügelkette mit einem fantastischen Panoramablick auf das Meer. Die Sonnenterasse im Obergeschoss ist fantastisch und groß. Diese moderne Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, die Tage in der Unterkunft waren unglaublich erholsam. Es stand sogar eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Diese Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Man muss aber wissen, dass man hier auf das Auto angewiesen ist.

Vista super!

Siamo stati nell'appartamento al primo piano, la vista sul mare e sull'intera vallata è spettacolare, l'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve anche per un soggiorno di diversi giorni (frigo grande, freezer, cucina con 4 fornelli e tutto il necessario per cucinare), doccia spaziosa ed un enorme terrazzo. La casa è isolata sulla cima della collina, ottimo per la quiete e il silenzio, e la spiaggia più vicina è a 5 minuti di auto. Il proprietario è disponibile e gentile, anche già da prima del soggiorno, per fornire indicazioni e informazioni. Unici piccoli difetti: la strada di accesso dopo il cancello è sterrata e puttosto ripida (ogni volta temevo per la piccola auto a noleggio, per fortuna sono solo 100 metri), e ho trovato strano che ci fossero lenzuola sintetiche, soprattutto considerando le temperature estive. In sintesi, ci siamo trovati benissimo e possiamo consigliare di soggiornare qui!

Casa bellissima e nuovissima, attrezzata di tutto, anche di lavanderia, saponi e ferro da stiro. Bello il posto, la struttura, il terrazzo abitabile, insomma davvero non si può chiedere di più. I proprietari gentilissimi e Giuseppe sempre disponibile, e il mare... beh la Sicilia sa farsi valere! Le foto non mostrano davvero il posto, rimarrete piacevolmente sopresi in positivo e non capita spesso. Grazie mille e un saluto affettuoso. Delia

It was really nice! Giuseppe, the owner, was always helpful and very friendly. This house and the area of realmonte are very beautiful. Walking way to the beach are about 5-10 minutes away.. We will come back :)

Fantastic Apartment inside great landscape

We had a great time at villa pergole! The apartment has everything you need to spend some relaxing days (or more) apart from the crowded spots and the host is very friendly and helpful. it is situated close to a beach, which is truly one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. The view from the terrace is amazing. All in all it outstripped our expectations and it really feels like we should come back again!

Nice appartment with terrace, absolute peace and quiet, spectacular view, quiet beach close by.

My husband and I had a perfect holiday at Viletta Pergole. Our host, Giuseppe, was friendly and helpfull. The appartment was spotless, comfortable and secure. Spectacular view of sea and countryside from the terrace. Very peacefull surroundings. Lovely and quiet Pergole sand beach near by. Car needed. Isabelle & Luc

The house is on top of the world...

Located on top of a mountain, this clean and very comfortable house is closed to a XIII century tower and allow to see wonderful sun sets... Quiet and wonderful views all around (360dg)... All necessary information provided on a document by Guiseppe the owner... Many thanks to him Sylvia and Joseph

Amazing sunset from the Tower's hill

This is a fantastic place to stay in breathtaking Torre Monterosso. I stayed here with two friends from Belgium and Giuseppe and his family greeted us with open arms - he showed us where to eat, drink and made us great breakfast! The amenities are perfect and the views of Torre are out of this world. Plus, you are at the beach in a few minutes! Thanks again Giuseppe!!

wonderful place!!

We spent one week in Villa Pergole and had a magnificent time. The house is located up of a hill, dominating the see and it is very clean and everything is new inside. The area is beautiful, very calm, the view of the terrace amazing. The beaches down the house are beautiful. There are many nice and cheap restaurants in the area. You can reach them by car in few minutes. The food is great everywhere!! The owner was very helpful . He was flexible with our changing arrival time and always ready to help us. If you are looking for relax and sea holiday, this is your place!

Mare e relax

Villa ben attrezzata e molto pulita, bellissimo panorama dalla terrazza, supermercati e ristoranti raggiungibili con la macchina in 5 minuti. Belle le spiagge vicine e con pochi minuti di macchina si può raggiungere la riserva naturale di Torre Salsa. Il proprietario è cordiale e disponibile, sempre attento e pronto a dare consigli e suggerimenti. Consigliato!

SPENDIDA VACANZA

La villetta è esattamente come si vede in foto, molto bella, curata e dotata di tutto. Splendida la terrazza vista mare ed il giardino sottostante con la possibilità di effettuare la doccia esternamente e di raccogliere frutti dai numerosi alberi che ci sono. Tutte le spiagge vicine sono bellissime, ma la mia preferita e quella delle pergole che ha delle calette davvero suggestive. Un consiglio: non perdetevi il tramonto visto dalla Torre di Monterosso (a pochi passi dalla villetta) una meraviglia.....

Herrliches Panorama

Das Ferienhaus punktet mit einer traumhaften und ruhigen Lage an der Steilküste mit wundervollem Blick auf das Meer und ins weite Land. Ein Auto erleichtert die Wege zu nahegelegenen Stränden und ist erforderlich für Einkauf, Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuch. Auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück ist ausreichend Platz zum Parken. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Basics sind im Haushalt vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über keine Klimaanlage oder Heizung. In kühlen Nächten kann es mit der vorhandenen sehr dünnen Decke ziemlich frisch werden. Da wäre eine dickere Decke wünschenswert. Das schöne Bad verfügt über eine große Dusche. WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist professionell und zuvorkommend.
