Nice little apartment (classified 2 stars by the tourist office) ideal for 2 adults, correct for a couple with 2 young children, including a living room with equipped kitchen area, an independent bedroom, a bathroom / WC and a large balcony converted into a summer kitchen, A comfortable sofa bed in 140 in the living room, 2 beds of 80 in the bedroom that can be transformed into a large bed of 160, storage, dishwasher, washing machine, TV.. Located in a closed residence with private parking space and caretaker, shops nearby and beaches nearby 10 to 12 minutes walk. Cleaning is done at the end of your stay, either by you or by an external speaker for the sum of 50€ .linen is not provided, but you can get it from the person who will welcome you. (30€ for the whole stay) If you want to take the car, there are many sites to visit (Brégançon, Bormes les Mimosas, Rayol gardens). Boats for the Iles d-Or including the nature reserve of Port Cros. A deposit of 300 € will be requested at the entrance to the premises, it will not be cashed and will be returned to you on your departure. (except for damage).

Conforme à la description. Il est très bien équipé pour un appartement de cette taille. La climatisation est vraiment appréciable. Son atout c'est son emplacement : résidence calme avec parking privé et surtout il n'y a plus besoin de voiture tout se fait a pieds plages, restaurants, promenades, etc... Nous avons réellement apprécié notre séjour.

Un très bon séjour au Lavandou

Bel appartement très bien situé au Lavandou. Très bien équipé (sauf internet annoncé au départ) et très agréable au quotidien (la clim fut très appréciée lors des grosses chaleurs). Proche du centre ville pour les promenades du soir, les commerces et les nombreuses animations, et proche de la plage également. La place de parking est un plus indéniable car tout peut se faire à pied. La propriétaire prend des nouvelles et s'assure que le séjour se déroule le mieux possible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ottima posizione. Appartammento pulito, completo di tutto per far da mangiare. Ideale per 3/4 persone. Ottimo check in e check out. Comodo il parcheggio compreso.

Très bon séjour au lavandou

Emplacement proche toutes commerces (plage, centre ville, commerces) avec place parking.... l'appartement fonctionnel avec tout confort (sf clim) et propre.... tout a permis de réussir le séjour. L'accueil et la communication étaient au rdv. Je recommande vivement. Merci bcp!
