Located just 20 minutes north from Kona International Airport at the fabulous Waikoloa Beach Resort, this luxury Penthouse offers an amazing sanctuary and retreat that combines the best of contemporary Hawaiian-plantation design with resort style spa accommodations. This relaxing top floor residence features complete privacy and spectacular mountain, golf course and lake views over the popular Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. This home was decorated by an exceptional interior designer and all artwork and furnishings were carefully selected to complement and create this extraordinary Polynesian ZEN haven. Every room was custom painted in soothing tranquil colors to promote utmost relaxation and radiates a calm, healing and soothing energy. This Hawaiian Hale (home) features Asian antiques and wall décor, beautiful local Hawaiian art and local Hawaiian ambiance. The outdoor Lanai provides comfort and convenience, a dining area with solid teak furnishings and overlooks golf course greens. From the Lanai vantage point you can grab your favorite glass of wine, watch an amazing technicolor sunset, restore and refresh and then later star gaze into the heavens, all without moving a muscle.

The idyllic and opulent Main Bedroom Suite is appointed with luxury comforts and a plush California King-size bed virtually guaranteed to promote deep sleep, rest and renewal! The second bedroom also features beautiful Polynesian decor, a plush Queen-size bed, HD flat screen TV and designer bedding and conveniences.

This Penthouse includes central air-conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, 12-foot grass cloth covered cathedral ceilings, large covered lanai and is fully furnished with all the creature comforts of home. A generous soaking tub soothes all aches and the pebble tiled shower in the master feels like a massage to your feet. Elevator access along with readily accessible garage and guest parking are available for your convenience.

Located just across the drive is a semi-private waterfall adorned swimming pool and hot tub jetted spa surrounded by lush tropical landscaping along with a well-equipped fitness center. You can also enjoy the BBQ’s and cabana pavilion located alongside the pool and a second pool and hot tub jacuzzi on the grounds. You are just minutes away on foot or by car from the King’s Shops and Queen's Marketplace, which offer Hawaiian crafts, shopping, movie cinema, gourmet island food markets, restaurants and entertainment. Be sure to check out local activities, special live entertainment performances and movies under the stars. The adjacent golf course also offers great rates during your stay at this resort, so whether you are an avid golfer or a novice . . . enjoy! Beautiful and well appointed condo centrally located in Waikaloa resort. The owner thought of everything, there were plenty of essentials (TP, Paper Towels, laundry detergent,etc.). Well decorated and clean. Pool and property facilities were top notch. All the beach equipment you need. Thanks Chris and Virginia!

The unit was perfect for our stay. Great location. Pool and exercise room right there. The unit had all the extras you didn’t even know you needed. Made many meals and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you need, including a pineapple cutter. The complex is very quiet which we appreciated.

Perfect location

We stayed 6 weeks at this location and had perfect weather every day! The pool area is beautiful and the condo was very comfortable. There are many places to walk, for exercise, dining and recreation. Many golf courses close by as well.

Great Condo and Location

The condo is lovely and in a great walkable location to shopping and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen, lots of beach toys and easy parking. Communication with owners was great. Highly recommend to anyone considering renting.

Beautiful Resort Area

Very nice and quiet property. The whole condominium villa complex is extremely well maintained. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Shops and excellent restaurants nearby. Only rented a car for part of our stay. Both hotels nearby have car rental agencies. We loved our time staying in Waikoloa Beach.

Relaxing, Peaceful Location

Thank you for a relaxing getaway during our trip to Hawaii! The penthouse was in perfect condition and it felt like coming home after our adventures of the day. Although it was super close to a number of shops and walking distance from the ocean, it was a peaceful retreat that also allowed us to just hang out. Thank you and mahalo!

Perfectly Relaxing Getaway

We had everything we could want or need in our beautifully appointed condo, in and out! And everything close by to explore, relax by A-bay, snorkel, walk, shop, eat, golf, so much to pick from or do nothing at all! I'll be daydreaming until whence I return... Mahalo and Aloha!

Waikoloa paradise

This property was a dream! Very, very spacious for the 3 of us, tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and stocked up with everything we needed and much more. The villa complex is right across the street from a strip mall with a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and others. The beach is a 10 minute walk and it’s fabulous. We will definitely return!

Wonderful Condo

The only thing that was listed wrong was the guest bedroom bed. It was a full size not a queen measuring 54 x 75. A queen is 60” x 80”. This is really important if you are tall or large!!

Everything was great except the carpets in the carpets need to be replaced (ripples in the bedroom carpets cause tripping) and the area carpet in the dinning area needs fixing (corner will not stay down, which caused daily tripping).

After the search began in Waikoloa, well, with the first step over the front door threshold it was pure sanctuary! It's a place where you can fall in love with the warm and sumptuous furnishings, calm and restorative energy that radiates from every nook and cranny and, of course, its location.
