The property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.**

The entire property has 2 duplexes (4 houses), so there may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space. The outdoor amenities (pool, outdoor dining, fire pit, grill and bocce ball) are shared among all four houses. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property.*

-PARKING: 5 dedicated spots in driveway, END TO END, depending on vehicle length (91 feet of driveway). Please ask before booking if you’re bringing more than 5 cars.
-Tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.
-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Big fully furnished living room with a large Smart TV. Roku with streaming Netflix subscription. Log in to other streaming apps with your subscriptions **There is no cable TV**. Very large kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.
-Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has private, en suite large bathroom (3rd floor). 2nd bathroom located on 1st floor next to dining area. 3rd bathroom on 2nd floor in hall. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.
