Nice location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and near many restaurants. Very secure & clean. It was just my husband and I so the room was a good size for us. The host was very welcoming and friendly. On the fourth floor so we would randomly hear walking/stumping at night, but once we fell asleep, we wouldn’t hear it or be woken up by it. Be mindful of luggage, the elevator is on the tiny side but we made it work haha. Overall a nice stay. Would definitely book again.

The thing I disliked the most was that it called itself a bed & breakfast, but had 0 options for breakfast. The people were really nice though, and the room was very close to so much of what we were doing.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The check in was easy and the room is within easy walking distance of amenities. The taxi stand is one block away. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! It was super close to the Colosseum, only 3 minutes walking, and also the other spots we wanted to go too! Hosts were super kind snd helpful as well! Highly recommend

Location, location, location !!

From start to finish this was one of our best stays. Extremely good communication. We won’t even mention the location lol. Room was extremely clean. Is extremely helpful in lining up transportation and giving advice. Security is superb. Within a half a block of nice restaurants and convenient store. Just a block away from the Colosseum. Definitely let them lineup your transportation from the airport or wherever else you’re going. We have stayed in 50+ The VRBO this was one of the best experiences. Staying here for a couple of nights made our trip very enjoyable. The transportation picked us up right on time and took us to the train station. We are sitting on the cruise ship as I typed this up. Thanks again and well done:-)

Anniversary trip

My wife and I were on our 30th anniversary trip and Rome was the second leg of 3 cities. Their VRBO/ B&B was smaller but nicer in that there is an employee on site during daytime hours. Breakfast brought to the room daily for only €5/pp!! And it was very good fruit and perfect croissants. It’s up a few flights of stairs but has a small elevator when you have luggage. Only real issue was the AC unit on the wall just didn’t seem to work. We thought the Armoire blocked it but not sure. Just barely cool enough at night with windows open (June). Perfect location! You can be at the colosseum in 2 blocks. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute, clean, coliseum

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was so close to the coliseum, and was convenient for that. We did have trouble getting to the building on our check in date because major roads were closed for an event. So look into that ahead of time. There was a surprising amount of noise/activity at night, not sure if we were close to a bar or something. So if you’re looking for some night life this would be great.

Perfect stay

The location was perfect, in the heart of the neighborhood we wanted. Just two blocks from the Colosseum, with countless restaurants and anything you need within close range. The building was updated and beautiful. The room was exactly as described, comfortable, updated, and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

Ideal Location for Sightseeing In Roma

The property team communicated from the beginning making this a stress free stay. The rooms are clean, well appointed and they have thought of everything. This is close enough to the Colosseum area to easily walk but just get enough away to not be overrun with people. The staff recommended several very good restaurants and other area services.

Love this place!

Location was perfect! Restaurants right there, taxi stand down the block, walk to Colosseum and many other attractions and neighborhoods! The room and building were clean and a manager is on site.

Overnight Stay

The room was small and stuffy. The AC only operates when you are in the room. Consequently it was very warm when we arrived and we couldn’t work out how to operate it and had to call for help. There is a reception area however, no one was there. Everything is done electronically. The host kindly arranged a taxi for us as we had a very early flight. I couldn’t have stayed more than one night it felt claustrophobic.

La estancia ha sido fabulosa, las instalaciones se ajustan a las imágenes. Giuseppe y su equipo se esmeraron por conseguir que nuestro viaje fuese perfecto. La localización es formidable, cerca del Coliseo y Foro, con estación de Metro al lado, y si te encanta caminar, puedes llegar hasta el Vaticano andando. Totalmente recomendable.
