Felipe was easy and quick to communicate with for our 2 week stay in Manta Rota, promptly resolving any little issues and questions that we had.The property is lovely, secure, spacious and in great residential location, close to the beach. Wi-fi was very good.It was clean and well equipped, bedrooms comfy. Pool was great and managed by a pool man who checked in with us.The house in general could do with a decor refresh/tired in places but nothing that will stop us coming back again.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Great house close to the beach

We stayed in the property in October 2018 as a group of 4 adults and 1 child. The key handover was smooth and the owner was easily contactable for any queries we had. We were met promptly at the house and given information on its facilities and how to get the beach which was only a couple of streets away from the house (5 mins walk). The house itself was spacious and airy and the pool area was great. We could have used more sun beds which I understand have been ordered so should not pose any issues for future guests. There is some ongoing construction in the area but the noise didn't bother us too much. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to make use of a beautiful beach and boardwalk from which you can walk easily into Manta Rota and some lovely restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Bestens ausgestattetes Haus in erstklassiger Lage

Great stay in Eastern Algarve

Spent one week in Felipe's house, great property with a fantastic location in this part of the Algarve. The Lota beach is less crowded than some of the surrounding spots (neighbouring Altura and Mantarota can be noisy at times during the night). The beach stands right in front of the house and main entrance is literally a couple steps away. The property's pool and outdoor BBQ is perfect for the long summer days and late dinners. The house is comfortable and well equipped and Felipe was accessible and helpful before and during the stay, so all in all, definitely a good experience.....
