If you want to heat the pool I pass along my gas cost which is $20 per hour. The heater will raise pool temperature 1-2 degrees per hour, the amount of gas used depends on outside temperature and keeping it covered when not in use. Most spend $60-$150 a day in the colder months to keep it at 80 degrees. Hot tub is electric and heating costs are included in the price of the stay.

My refund policy is based on the fact that a large property such as mine is hard to re-book on short notice. If you did need to cancel on short notice, I will relist your dates, and if I can find another renter, I will try to return monies I have control over. I am a beyond fair person.

We have plenty of space separation from my neighbors, we use Minut sound monitoring system to verify only when I get the Rare neighbor complaint, guests have always agreed they were being excessively loud outside after hours. 10pm - 7am is the Phoenix ordinance.

We had a big crowd and all had a blast. The property is centrally located and super convenient to shopping, airports and other activities and attractions. Super great communication and accommodating for us needing an early check in! We loved the property with so much to do, the pool and hot tub were great and the kitchen was well stocked. The boys say the putting greens are excellent. The back party pad is epic. We watched so many sports we had overload!! Ha. Thanks

We 22 disabled participants and 8 staff for an annual weekend event. The hoyse met all our needs and succeed our expectations. The kitchen had everything we needs to feed a large group. And there were plenty of activities indoor and out to keep everybody occupied. We do two or three of these events a year and we would definitely use this house in the future.

I cannot say enough, good things about this property and the host! First, the property… It’s exactly as advertised, well, probably even better. When they say it’s a compound they are not kidding. You seriously can come & not leave the property for the entire stay there is so much to do. They have hundreds of board games, the game room full of every fun game you can think of, beer pong, cornhole, basketball, putting, fire pit, gym & of course the pool/hot tub- endless things to do! If you do need to leave the house, the house is located in a great location in a very central part of town that is pretty much 20 minutes from everything you would want to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. There are many great restaurants & things you need just five minutes down the road including Costco and Target The house came extremely well equipped for a VRBO with literally everything you could need & more & extra everything from paper towels and toilet paper to garbage bags -you name it the house had it all including Band-Aids Now you can’t stay at this property without talking about the host. Seriously, he bent over backwards to accommodate us! He was super responsive. I booked this property months in advance & texted him multiple times with questions & he always responded almost instantly. Any request I had he was willing to accommodate. I’ve never had a host be so accommodating. He let us check in eight hours early and didn’t charge us a dime. Amazing to work with!

Great place for a family reunion with kids. We had plenty of space and a lot of games to choose from. We had 21 in our party and we were able to accommodate all families with the room and beds. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and serving plates and platters- perfect for a party. Also plenty of linen. Would stay here again and Keith was very welcoming and easy to work with.

Family Reunion

Exactly as Advertised – Perfect for a Large Family!We stayed in July with our family of 23, and while most people thought we were crazy for going to Phoenix in the summer, this home made it the perfect getaway.Mornings were spent in the pool, and during the hotter parts of the day, we relaxed in the main house or played games in the game room. There were plenty of activities for all ages, both indoors and outdoors. The kids had tons of space to play, and the pool stayed cool all day, which was a huge plus in the heat.The owner was extremely responsive—every question we had was answered almost immediately by text.Highly recommend this property for large groups or families.

Excellent property!!

We enjoyed staying at this property!! There was plenty of space to keep us entertained. We celebrated my son’s Birthday he had so much fun swimming in the pool and playing at the game room. Growing up in Chicago, I enjoyed playing organized sports: baseball, hockey, basketball, and golf. Although hockey was my favorite sport, I earned a baseball scholarship to the University of Illinois. After earning my degree, I played baseball professionally for the Bandits and The Minnesota Twins. I then worked for a short period of time at The Chicago Mercantile Exchange but left the floor and traded the stock market successfully for myself over the next 25+ years.

In 2016 I finally decided to escape the cold winters of Chicago to start a new journey in Arizona. I have a passion for helping people and have always been interested in real estate. I became a realtor in Arizona and pride myself and my business on what my clients will say about me after they move into their home and for years to come after that. I have now purchased the perfect VRBO with amazing plans for it's future, always a work in process with new upgrades all the time, let me know what you are looking for and I should have the flexibility to make the accommodations.

5000 Sq feet, Sleeps 27+ on Almost an Acre of land, all in a prime location. Not multiple beds squeezed into one room like other rentals. I am constantly making upgrades to the property - Upgraded Rooms, Pool Deck, Pebble Tec Pool, Hot Tub completed 2021,
2 putting greens, outdoor shade area 2023, bathrooms, etc... I pride myself on my perfect 5 star review and will always be there for any questions or issues.
