This ground floor unit will allow you to step off of your patio and onto Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This peaceful unit offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. WiFi is also available in the home.

Beach service is included from March to October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Decent unit for the value

We snagged this unit for a last minute spring break getaway the last week of March into the first week of April. I read through several reviews on this unit and was kind of nervous to book it but the low price was very intriguing so we pulled the trigger. Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to see that the striped sofa in the family room had been upgraded to a newer, light gray sleeper sofa. The console tables, end tables and coffee table were also upgraded so you can see they are trying to make efforts to improve the unit. The oven stopped working on us the first day so we were forced to eat most meals out, the property management did compensate us some for the inconvenience but I know it would be a huge issue for most wanting to cook meals in the unit. The blinds definitely need to be swapped out for privacy curtains with the unit being ground level and off a popular walking route to and from the pools. I was a paranoid mess finding a place to change when it was dark out since some blinds were missing or had gaps. None of the locks on the doors for the bedroom or bathrooms worked so you can forget about feeling private and secure in either. The unit definitely needs a little more tlc as it does not seem like a priority for whoever owns it. The TVs also are not smart TVs so make sure you bring a game system to connect or dvds to play. Personally, I would not book this specific unit again regardless of the lower pricing that may pop up.

Perfection

We stayed for as a family of 5, and hands down the best experience and facility we've ever stayed at...and we travel to Florida every year. It is very convenient, amazing facilities, we always felt safe and the staff was always present and helpful!

Perfect spot for family

This condo was in a great location! Easy access to the kids splash pad, the pools and not a far walk to get to the beach. Wished it had more laundry detergent in the room and thicker blankets because the air conditioning works great and we got cold lol! Definitely will return.

Family vacation.

We love waterscapes due to how close it is to the things we enjoy doing in Fort Walton-Destin area. Great for family trips because the kids have lots to do! We will be back but will definitely stay in a different unit.

The resort amenities were wonderful! Staff was great. Loved being able to walk to the pier and restaurants. However, I would rate this particular unit “fair”. It has not been well maintained. Dresser drawers were broken, dishes mismatched, couch is worn out and stained, bed pillows thin and worn out. The tub and sink were clogged but maintenance was prompt in fixing that. In my opinion for the money, I would expect something to be maintained.

Loved the walk-out location

VERY convenient location, especially for families with young children who want to access the splash pad repetitively - just walk right on out to it! This unit is also super convenient to the parking deck, which was nice for loading and unloading. The unit itself could use a few updates/touch-ups (paint, furniture, etc) but it was clean and had the basics we needed to be comfortable. There isn’t much of a view, but the convenience was more important to us! Overall, we were very happy!

Waterscape

We loved the room we stayed in and how many things there were to do with our toddler. We were able to walk right out of our back door to the kiddie splash pad area where my daughter rode the ship slide over and over. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad and the Tiki hut food was very convenient. I also loved the location as there were many restaurants within a couple miles as well as the gulfarium was only a couple miles away. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids!

Perfect Stay!

Took a last minute trip with my husband and 2 small children to the beach for my birthday. It was so peaceful and absolutely perfect! We will definitely rent this property again, if possible. Highly recommend!

Love the waterscape

This particular condo wasn't very updated. It had everything you need supply wise and the beds and couches were nice and clean. Under the beds weren't cleaned and the floor was pretty dirty. Kids had dirty feet after about 30 min of being in the condo. A few things needed to be fixed like scuffs on the walls and one of the shower doors didn't close properly. BUT we loved the location of the condo! Ground floor and right infront of the kids pool! Everything else was great i would consider the negative (lacking in cleaning a bit) to be a minor thing. Other than that we loved it and really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location

Nice condo

Booked this condo last minute for my son’s birthday. I am very pleased with the place. Great location. Our door open right to the kiddies’ pool, which was perfect for my 3 years old. Only thing that I’d love to change is curtains for the door. They were very old and falling apart. But overall it was very nice and relaxing. Will definitely book it again for our next Destin trip.

Needs updated

We love Waterscape but was disappointed with the very outdated furniture which was dirty. Both set of blinds (living room and bedroom) we broken so it was impossible to have complete privacy. The couch and chairs were very dirty.

Nice vacation home, could use some improvements

This condo was nice and worked well for our trip. It could have been cleaner (especially the floors) and needs the blinds in both the living room and bedroom repaired to give more privacy. The bed and pillows were very firm and uncomfortable. Overall expected amount of space for 1 bedroom and easy to access from the 2nd floor parking garage. Air conditioner worked very well. Convenient location close to the little kid splash pad and pool if you have small children.

4 night stay

We loved the amenities offered. Towels, hand, and kitchen towels were provided. Two detergents and dishwasher soaps were provided as well as a kitchen scrub and dish soap. No beach towels or wash cloths. We loved having the option for a gas grill and there are several. The one heated pool was awesome. We also enjoyed the two hot tubs. We used the two beach chairs and umbrellas every day. Check in was easy. Parking is free. My only complaint was the mattresses were ran down and needing replaced. The couch had a stain and was also not the best. Otherwise, we did not spend a ton of time in the space. We went there for the outside areas. We enjoyed our stay!
