Very quiet 2 br apartment - Pool, private backyard - close to beaches

The apartment is about 65 m2 and features two separate bedrooms, a living room and a dine in kitchen - Enjoy your private back yard for outdoor dining. Barbecue provided. The pool is 9 x4 and right in front of your windows - It is accessible from 9 am until 6 pm. The owners and 2 other guest houses share the pool and garden.

Please be aware that there are two cats on the property.
You can park one normal size car on site.

A protected biking path nearby allows you to bike to Hyeres / Toulon and all beaches in about 20 minutes. You can park your car on site or use public transportation (Toulon Train station is 20 minutes by direct bus). A lot to explore in Provence outside of the beaches, old villages, markets and a fascinating museum about "debarquement de Provence" (the second D day).
The owner is a French teacher and cooking instructor - One on one classes can be organized upon request.

Nice apartment with a fantastic pool

This apartment is situated a short drive outside Toulon, which were perfect for us. Beatrice is very helpful and we had a fantastic stay.

Great holidays

We enjoyed our stay very much and felt very comfortable in the flat. Beatrice made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of information. There are some sneaky cacti on the grounds that you have to be careful of! They give off fine hairs that go into the skin like splinters. Beatrice warned us about that. We liked the pool very much.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und absolut ruhig, bei 38 war der Pool perfekt. Wir hatten ein Apartment, zu dem man Treppen hochgehen musste was aber nicht störte.Die Terrasse war wie ein schöner kleiner Hinterhof mit vielen Details geschmückt. Die Einrichtung ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beatrice ,die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Herrlicher Sommerurlaub mit der Familie

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, dem es an nichts fehlte: egal ob die Unterkunft, die Lage, die Ausflugsziele und die Gastgeber - alles war perfekt und wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Excellent séjour - nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans l'appartement San Diego de Béatrice et Bernard. L'appartement était bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires ont été disponibles et discréts à la fois. Nous avons profité de la piscine la journée et la belle terrasse le soir autour du barbecue. Béatrice a pu nous conseiller les meilleurs plages et restaurants dans les environs et a proposé de jouets et livres à notre fille. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir la prochaine fois que nous serons dans le coin.

Pure détente et la dolce vita francais

Nous (deux adultes et deux enfants de 3 et 5 ans) avons passé un très bon moment à "San Diego" ;-) à La Garde. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé (climatisation, micro-onde à air chaud, cafetière, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, barbecue, ...). Il se trouve au dernier étage d'une villa. Le logement comprend un espace extérieur privé avec un coin salon, deux coins repas et un barbecue. De plus, la grande piscine avec système à contre-courant, transats, protection solaire et un flamingo (son nom est flamingo, le troisième ;-)) peut être partagée. Ici, nous étions seuls pendant tout le temps de notre séjour et avons pu profiter de l'eau rafraîchissante sans être dérangés. Seuls dérangeants étaient les moustiques tenaces. La propriété est située dans un quartier calme (seuls les grillons pouvaient être entendus) et offre beaucoup d'intimité et de tranquillité. Si vous arrivez en voiture, vous pouvez vous y garer en toute sécurité. Une boulangerie, un supermarché et une pizzeria ne sont qu'à quelques minutes à pied. Il se trouve à environ deux kilomètres de la plage la plus proche, qui peut être parcourue à pied, à vélo ou confortablement en voiture. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la plage voisine "Plage d'Anse de Méjean": située de manière pittoresque, très propre et parfois aussi bien ombragée par les parois rocheuses. De plus, il n'y avait pas trop de monde. Vous y trouverez également un restaurant de poisson très populaire. Mais comme nos petits enfants adorent aussi construire des châteaux de sable, nous sommes allés à la plage de sable "Plage de la Badine" un peu plus loin sur les conseils de la très gentille et attentionnée patronne, Béatrice. Là, les enfants pouvaient marcher 50 mètres dans la mer et rester debout. Malgré tout cela, la plage n'est pas surpeuplée. Nous avons également essayé les plages de sable artificielles près de Toulon (Plages du Mourillon). Les enfants peuvent aussi jouer ici, mais c'est un peu bondé et touristique. Ce qui nous a également plu, c'est le "Mont Faron" à Toulon et le musée très joliment conçu "Mémorial du débarquement et de la libération de Provence" qui s'y trouve, ainsi que la ville d'Hyères avec le "Château d'Hyères" et le tout proche magnifique "Villa Noailles". Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre première (probablement pas notre dernière) visite à "San Diego" et nous pouvons sans réserve recommander l'hébergement, la propriétaire et la région. Mooi zwembad. Lokatie top. Hadden toch last van dat het een appartement op de eerste verdieping is alhoewel dat vooraf duidelijk was. Veel muggen! Beatrice zeer behulpzaam.

Prachtige ervaring

Het appartement is ruim genoeg voor een gezin van 4 (2 volwassenen + 2 tieners) met alle benodigdheden. Het zwembad is een zeer leuke extra. Ook een eigen plaats om te BBQ'en en een plaats om te chillen zonder inkijk van de bewoners. In de omgeving zelf is er niet heel veel te beleven, bus stopt om de hoek (1,40 euro). Ook supermarkt op ongeveer 2km van het huis. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en staat open voor alle vragen. Kortom voor dit was dit een superverblijf. Bedankt

Idéal !

La location de Mme Carrot correspondait parfaitement à nos critères : bien équipé, 2 chambres, un salon de jardin et BBQ privatif, la piscine quasiment rien que pour nous ! La maison est dans un endroit calme, Mme Carrot est accueillante, à l'écoute, disponible et en même temps se fait discrète. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine comme si elle n'était rien qu'à nous donc idéal pour nous et nos 2 enfants de 11 et 16 ans. Mme Carrot n'hésite pas à demander ce dont il y a besoin aussi pour rendre nos vacances les plus agréables !

Simply the Best Villa and Host ! 5 *****

Béatrice and Bernard are really friendly and welcoming ! The location is really close to Toulon, but don't worry, the villa is very quiet, we didn't experience any car noice or noisy neighbours. We enjoyed a full relaxing week in the villa ! The pool and garden are under the sun all day long and well take care of ! You also have a three private terrasses that are amazing for your privacy where you can enjoy having brunch and diner night ! Also you have access to a BBQ which is perfect ! For the apartment, all rooms are clean and have A/C. Also, the Italian shower in the bathroom is amazing. I Strongly recommend this location ! ------------------- Béatrice et Bernard sont vraiment sympathiques et accueillants ! L'emplacement est vraiment proche de Toulon, mais ne vous inquiétez pas, la villa est très calme, nous n'avons pas eu de bruit de voiture ni de voisins bruyants. Nous avons profité d'une semaine de détente complète dans la villa ! La piscine et le jardin sont sous le soleil toute la journée et bien entretenus ! Vous disposez également de trois terrasses privées qui sont incroyables pour votre intimité où vous pourrez en profiter pour les brunchs et dîners! Aussi vous avez accès à un BBQ privatif, ce qui est parfait ! Pour l'appartement, toutes les chambres sont propres et climatisées. De plus, la douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain est incroyable. Je recommande fortement cet endroit ! Merci Simon
