Two chairs and one umbrella are provided seasonally.
Beach towels are not provided.
Luggage carts are not allowed inside the condo and guests will be responsible for any damage.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Security camera details: A Ring doorbell is installed on the front door for surveillance; it allows access to see who is entering and exiting the condo. The camera records with any motion or sound. It can also have two way communication.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We had a fabulous stay. The room was super clean. We had great views of the beach, and it was a very short walk from the room to our chairs. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing View!

Working with the rental agency Vacasa was so great. They kept me informed and were always willing to help with anything we needed. The view is worth booking this property, it is amazing. There are two high top tables on the deck that make a great place to hang out. The condo itself is very basic, met our needs. Would have liked to had beach towels available, some games/puzzles, and some more blankets for the beds. It was very clean. We love to cook while on vacation, and the kitchen is well stocked. Loved having the two beach chairs available every day for us, the young man in charge of the chairs is great. The island is so quiet and peaceful. Stewbys is a great place to dine down the road and then get ice cream next door.

Spacious condo with great access to the beach!

This condo was very well maintained. It was very clean with up-to-date design, bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and conditioner, soap and lotion and were very nice. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. We enjoyed the view from the balcony which could be seen from both living room and master bedroom. The condo building itself is not large, which was a nice change. The pool is located towards the front side of the building and was small, but nice. The condo had cornhole boards located next to the pool. Location is surrounded by many other condos, small convenience store just down the road, a few restaurants and ice cream place/small mini golf within walking distance. The beach was always clean and not crowded.

Great all around

Nothing bad at all to say. Everything is as pictured and more. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Beds are wonderful. Beautiful views and big balcony. 2 free chairs with umbrella on the beach. Beach area is not crowded so great for families.

Very nice. Everything we wanted. The only things needing attention are minor. There are no management on site. Problems are handled by calling a long distance number. The tv remotes for the 2 bedrooms did not work the TV.

Perfect little condo for two couples

Updated furnishings, gorgeous art work, comfortable beds, AC worked great. What a gorgeous view from the patio with comfy bar height stools! Easy access to the beach and very courteous beach chair assistant. Parking is little off on the hillside so hold onto those doors when you get in or out. Can’t wait to come back here. Love Okaloosa 😍
