Sunset Harbour Villas 1-111 is a bright and roomy two-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway with views of the Santa Rosa Sound from the balcony. This unit has no interior stairs and a wheelchair ramp is available to access the unit if needed. Sunset Harbour Villas 1-111 accommodates up to four people with a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin-size beds in the guest room. Mealtime prep will be easy and convenient with a fully equipped kitchen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

There were 2 beds recently slept in and not made. Used towels hanging in the bathroom. Trash in the kitchen can. I responded to their text messages with this info and asked for someone to call me and received zero responses.

Beach friendly location

Just 5 minutes away from Windjammers and Andy Ds and within moderate walking distance to great white sand beaches behind the property. I recommend driving a little ways past the house and find a quiet beach around the dunes!

Overall stay was fine

The overall stay was fine, good wifi, and great location. However the apartment needed to be painted very bad. We could see black marks from hands and just overall use everywhere. With lines all over the master bathroom walls from people taking super hot showers. Which made the bathroom feel kinda nasty. Also the carpet in the bedrooms was very old amd kinda sticky. It needs to be replaced asap. But we would stay here again because of the location and everything else was fine.

Upon arriving at the unit, which we were very familiar with, we have stayed in other condos in the complex many times. Everything seemed normal, the unit needs updating badly. The carpet is matted and dirty looking. The finish on the cabinets both kitchen and bath flakes off on you, if you lean up against them. The unit is the most under stocked one that we have ever rented. Very few utensils, hardly anything. But the most disgusting thing was the sofa. As soon as I sat on it, the smell of urine hit me. I called and reported this. They sent someone the next day to clean the sofa. We could not use the sofa the entire stay. It took days for the cushions to dry. I placed them back in their positions as we left. Then on top of that the morning after we arrived there were ants in the kitchen, they had gotten on everything that we had on the counter. Nothing was left open. Just snacks, etc. I called and let them know about the ants, I was told to send. Photo of the ants, like they didn’t believe me! I was then told to just wipe them away. Our entire stay , we dealt with the ants! The problem was never addressed. I request a partial refund, for our issues and unacceptable service. They sent me a big 67 refund. It’s a total insult, for the rates that we are asked to pay now. Considering we check in at 4 and out by 10-11am. The rental vacasa handles the rental, but the refund has to be approved by onsite management! I’ve been renting for years in Navarre. This is the only complaint

A satisfied stay

work was being done on the outside of property where the deck was and blocking our view of the water but because of the price we paid it was not a problem. I was very satisfied and would stay there again.

Fall Break Getaway

Perfect little spot for our family vacation. Location is perfect to a quick walking access to the sound as well as a 2 minute drive to public beach access. Definitely suggest going to Whitecaps Sweets & Treats, the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center, Navarre Beach Pier, Navarre Seafood Market, and TC’s Front Porch. If you’re wanting to grill, bring your own grill. If not, the kitchen works well, and there’s lots of great places to eat nearby. Navarre is quiet and the perfect place to take a break from the busy-ness of life. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Cute Condo!

This condo was in the perfect location with the perfect amenities to visit family that is local. We loved staying here and enjoyed the pool and close access to the beach! Truly an amazing stay and would recommend!

Perfect get away

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very cute and clean. New couch! My only downfall was the master bed was too firm and we woke up really sore backs. I suggest a mattress topper. Other than that it was awesome!

Great spot!

We loved the very private feel and the balcony looking over the water. We had a lot of fun and look forward to returning. We are locals who just wanted a weekend stay-cation and this checked all our boxes.

Beautiful view. Unbearable noise from the residents above the unit the entire stay. Two Futons for living room furniture. Fine for small children to sleep on but not comfortable for adults to sleep or lounge on. Definitely not a King Size bed in master as advertised. Sufficiently supplied kitchen for everyday cooking. Great if you’re using the place to just crash near the beach. Pass if you’re a light sleeper, the noise from the upstairs unit was incredibly stressful.

Horrible Place to Stay…Beware!!

First of all, the furniture was different then what was advertised. In the guest bedroom, the TV was missing a power cord. The sliding glass door had to be snatched open when trying to go out of it and needed a half of a broom stick to lay in the track to lock it. There was rat droppings in the only pan there to cook with and also in a utensil drawer. Hair was all over the main bedrooms pillows when we arrived. This place needs some repairs, furniture upgrades, and cleaning.

I gave it a couple of threes because the sliding back door was broke. The pictures were a little different with the view outside and the couches were extremely uncomfortable. Oh and the “guest” bathroom toilet ran a lot of the time without stopping. Other than that, it was great for what we used it for which was sleep. We stayed at the beach or pool most of the time. Oh yeah and the pool could be a little more cared for.

Nice location. Inaccurate listing with maintenance issues.

We have never left a negative review on VRBO before, however, the discrepancies and issues with this listing cannot be overlooked. I will admit that we disregarded the previous negative reviews because we felt surely others were exaggerating. Unfortunately, we quickly discovered that all the previous complaints were valid. First, the positives: This rental is located in peaceful community just off the sound. The complex is well kept and is a quick drive to a public beach. The chair and umbrella beach service is delivered daily and was a very nice amenity. The community pool was small, but nice. The rental is very different than the actual listing. There were several discrepancies from the listing, but the most notable difference is the seating in the living room. There is no longer a couch and a lounger. The rental now offers two very small and hard futons that offer very little comfort. The rental does not seem to be very well maintained and was not especially clean upon arrival either. The twin bedroom had a TV with no power cord at all. Just a TV screen on a dresser, not cords at all. There were quite a few very large roaches in the rental. Two light fixtures were missing any sort of fixture covering. The vent in the hall bathroom drips water constantly. The cumbersome patio door is just as difficult as others have described it. It takes quite a bit of effort to open and close. We really enjoyed the area and the complex,but would never recommend this particular rental

Nice ground floor condo

This condo comes with a lot of good benefits like being on the ground floor and beach service included. The condo was clean and tidy and we didn’t have any issues with anything other than the sliding door that needs to be replaced. I would say though the kitchen isn’t anywhere near “fully stocked” as they didn’t even have a baking by tray but as long as you don’t plan on cooking here it was ok. The fridge also has filtered water so there was some clean water to drink which is a nice break from regular Florida water.
