This all-time favorite family resort will dazzle you. Offering special property amenities such as an excellent Gulf beach access, seasonally heated Gulf-side swimming pool with oversized sundeck, lighted tennis court and kayak rentals. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. You'll know why this seven-story Gulf-front condo is an extremely popular family getaway.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing Views

The condo has amazing views of the ocean! Clean, plenty of kitchen items, washer/dryer, plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. Loved the patio furniture!

Everything was great in the condo except the bathrooms need some attention. The bath tub/ jacuzzi is old and buttons a mess. Other bathroom towel rack is down and sitting behind the toilet.

Great location, but needs some work.

Loved the patio, patio furniture, kitchen, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The living room couches are very old and have quite a few stains. The hot water does not stay on long enough to fill the bath tub. The shower doors are broken… like if you move them, they fall off of their track. The view was nice and usually love island echoes but this place really needed some work before staying again.

Rooms were nice and bed was very comfortable. View of beach terrific from balcony and beach was enjoyed every day. Cabanas and chairs were set out early and available all day. We had a problem with absolutely no towel bars in either bathroom. The shower curtain rod in master bath needed more support, it was sagging badly. The toilet paper holder in second bath was half the holder on the wall pointed up (not safe). Also needed to plunge toilet in second bathroom on one occasion. Need to add a potholder or two to kitchen. Compared to two other homes, family rented, ours was also least outfitted especially with art in baths :). Additionally, we had no HBO or ESPN channels. Four stars are for location and quick response to question re towels. For money spent, I would expect better in condo.

We had a great view and location with this condo. Beds were comfy and the apartment has cute colors. HOWEVER, the condo could really use some upgrades and a major deep clean. When we arrived, after just a few minutes my daughters socks were black and dirty. Master bath jets never worked, were broken, and look very old. Ceilings looked pretty rough- parts of it were coming off in the master room. Baseboards looked rough and could really use a clean or just replaced. You wouldn't think baseboards would be noticeable but these just stuck out as "dirty". Couches were very uncomfortable and the rug in the living room is pretty nasty. We found a live cockroach beside of the couch. Canopener give us a hard time, barely worked. Kitchen sink very small and could really use a pull down faucet. Guest bathroom sink drain stayed clogged, took the water forever to go down. Guest shower doors were dirty and moldy looking. We like the location of Island Echos so we will just choose a different, cleaner apartment next time.

Nice stay!

The location is very close to the beach- one of the shortest walks we have ever had which is good for family members with mobility issues! The complimentary umbrellas and chairs were very nice! The master bed is very comfortable but the smaller bed was just okay! The microwave did not work and we did kill one roach. Overall it was a good visit.

Family Spring Break

We had a great experience at Island Echos 3F in Fort Walton Beach! The condo was nicely decorated in a beach theme with cute furnishings. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including a Keurig and ice maker. Bath towels, a few dishwasher pods, dish soap, a few trash bags, games, fans, and extra blankets were also available inside the condo. The water pressure was surprisingly good. WiFi and cable tvs worked great. The view from the balcony was incredible! It was in a great location…not too busy, but within walking distance to gift shops, restaurants, and mini golf. Beach chairs and umbrellas were set up facing the beach each morning. The pool was clean and was the perfect temperature. And, the front office had shuffleboard and tennis rackets available to checkout, hourly. There were a few things that could be spruced up (washer seal was stained/moldy/stinky; shower door came off the track; master bath shower is awkwardly short because it’s inside of a huge jetted tub that you have to climb into, which was awkward). Aside from those few minor things, our stay was amazing!l and we would definitely stay there again!

The condo was super clean, and had all of the things needed for a week long stay on the beach. Very close to shopping and great food options. Loved having the beach view every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and communication

We had a great stay at this property. Beds were very comfortable and its position on the third floor allows for a perfect view of the beach from the balcony. The bunk beds were great for the kids and allowed for extra sleeping space. We would stay here again.

Vacation 2021

Overall we enjoyed our brief stay. The property staff was in constant communication - which I appreciated. The easy access to the beach was nice - and view was fabulous! It was decently maintained.... few minor issues such as hole in furniture, slow draining sink, bedroom tv did not work. However, my biggest concerns included safety - especially for the toddlers. None of the electrical outlets had plastic plug covers for toddler protection .... several outlets were in need of being replaced - and two needed the entire outlet plate. This is not only a safety hazard but appeared to be a potential fire hazard. I would recommend the entrance door have a lock from the inside. The keypad lock was great for the outside.....however, the door was easy for the toddlers to open from the inside and nothing to prevent them from escaping..... which they did try. I would stay at this condo again.....when the little ones are older or if visiting without them.

Wonderful relaxing condo

Condo was very nice, loved the updated, but small kitchen. I was there 5 days before I realized the dishwasher had a 3rd rack at the top for flatware!! And I LOVED the amazing collection of Fiestaware!! Oodles of pieces. But, I digress...I appreciated the walk-in shower and comfort height toilet by the 2nd bedroom. The master bath had a good-looking Jacuzzi tub, never got in it, so I couldn't tell you if if was awesome or not. Plenty of counter space in master bath. Bed in master was comfortable, and plenty of closet space. The balcony had very nice, very sturdy bar height chairs and a table, made from composite wood(?), not sure, but it is the material used in the picnic tables and chairs by the pool. There were ample number of lounge chairs by the pool. The view from balcony of the Gulf is terrific. Distance to restaurants reasonable. And, very convenient, front load washer and dryer in the unit. Would stay in this unit again.

Nice view except for palm tree. Master bath drains need attention. Ice maker broken. Tv in master never worked. We had a hard time with the den tv too. Controls were in bedroom. Better info would help. Vacasa ofiice people were great and helpful. Good to have office on location.
