Across the street, a boat dock and launch are available for guest use, and on the property is a seasonally heated pool, tennis courts, a fitness room, and grilling areas.

Perched in the heart of all the action, this condo sits in a great location to check out Flora-Bama, with everything from a marina and watersports to Ole River Grill and a gulf front lounge! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I have never stayed in a two story condo and it exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and beach access was great. Love the floor to ceiling windows in the primary bedroom. They do need to replace the toaster and a hook in the bathroom for the primary suite. So glad the balcony was open but our elevator was out and we had to use the other.

Well, we drove up and it looked like a construction site scaffold along the walkway to get to the elevator, which is not safe. The elevator itself sound like a freight train going up and down, reported it to Vacasa towel bar in the master room, fell off the wall, the spare room upstairs the door lock we could not get it open, and one of my friends got stuck in there so he had to knock the pins out to get the door off the hinges, which is not good either wasn’t a good experience for the first time staying there. I think the homeowner of association need to let customers be aware of construction going on at the facility. Apparently the homeowner association does not care about customers.

The condo was right next to the elevator which was SUPER loud all night long when guests are using it to go to their condos. Not sure why no one who reviewed wrote this except me.The broken shower head in the spare bathroom along with the master bedroom towel rack was broken which both were reported to Vacasa. A property mgr called me regarding the concern and asked me if I had pictures, which I did send the pictures. She said that because it was SUNDAY, a handyman can't come out until Monday and he also needs to know what the part looks like to purchase. ??? Monday- around 2pm after coming back from the beach, no one came. I called, I texted...no reply. VERY VERY Bad customer service from Vacasa. This is not the first time Vacasa has very very bad customer service, you can call and they appear to care but they do NOT fix anything during your stay. The texts come and look professional but good luck for any resolution during your stay. The condo was advertised as a 2 bed 2 bath, but only 1 shower was working. Also, the dryer is NOT working in terms of staying hot to dry your clothes. We did 3 (70 min) drying time and had to pack damp clothes in another bag to bring home to rewash. This was discovered Monday night was we were washing and preparing to come home. No reason to call them as they were not responsive on our previous attempts. I have used VRBO for all my booking and never wrote a bad experience until now. The best part of this condo is the VIEW of the ocean that's it

Great Beachfront condo if you don't mind construction

We loved the location being near both pensacola and orange beach. It could use some paint touch ups, new light bulbs, and a new dryer. Kitchen was great and so were the bedroom layouts. Overall it was fine for our 4 day stay. Elevator noise is a little loud. Dryer worked but took forever. We ended up bringing most laundry home to finish which was the whole point of getting a condo with washer/dryer.... did not want to have it to do when we got home. We would stay again once construction is completed.

Mix-up over availability of pool and balcony

The property is lovely, location is perfect. We booked last fall for a stay in June. Construction on the balconies and morning arrival of workers was disruptive and disappointing. Wish we had understood that we could have been relocated prior to our arrival.

Broken Pool! Great place but this was a known issue

We loved the 2-story setup. Everything was great until we went to the pool and couldn't go in. Then we were told it had been broken for 5 months!The pool was a big draw for us. Ultimately we loved the place BUT we should have been allowed to choose if we wanted it without a pool.I thought maybe it broke this week. Lost it a bit when I found out it had been broken for that long. You cant list a pool if it is broken!! Very poor or disingenuous communication.

Beautiful condo

This is a lovely 8th floor condo in Perdido Key! The view is amazing and you can see for miles from the patio. We saw lots of dolphins and sea birds. The condo was very clean on arrival. It was stocked with necessities. The beds were very comfortable. (Living room furniture was adequate but not very comfortable.) Overall we loved the condo and we had a great time.

Extra touches make for a Great Stay

This beach condo is a little different from most that I’ve visited. Once you learn your way around the building layout, it seems safe, secure, and private. The whole unit is very spacious and the two story floor plan unique. There are beautiful views from every window.

The location was perfect! The condo was very specious for 4 of us. The only suggestion I have is to fix some things. The dishwasher doesn't shut/lock very well. The cabinet door for the tv in one of the bedrooms is missing pieces and barely hanging on. The microwave light bulbs need replaced.

Beach Vacation

The condo was very nice and clean!! Really loved having the 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The beach views were amazing! Kitchen was well equipped. It was really nice having a dust mop and broom to keep floors clean since the sand seems to have a way of getting in. Washer & dryer was a plus! Ice machine on property was definitely nice!! Close to stores & shops. *Note to owner: bedroom facing parking lot - missing tv remote Vacuum upstairs doesn’t work

No hassle No xtra fees, no Worries!!

We’ve been spending weekly summer vacations in Perdido Key since 1999 and this was one of IF not the easiest booking with no hidden fees or drama AND just so happens the best beach front property we’ve stayed in at Perdido Towers through Vacasa!! Not only was the condo huge (two floors-2 bed, 2 full baths plus 1/2 bath downstairs) it had a floor to ceiling huge window in the master bedroom with a beautiful view of the gulf but also a very nice balcony on the lower living room/kitchen floor. All this and it was lower per night and overall than any one bedroom from Biloxi to Perdido!! From now on, I’m not looking any further than Vacasa for my future gulf front vacation stays!!

Excellent stay. Comfy bed, appreciated the dish washing detergent and laundry detergent as well as the extra TP and paper towels!! Everything I could need was there!!

Great view

The property was clean and the view was great. Close to anything you might need, including a short beach walk. Our only complaint is pretty petty, but they don’t allow you to have drinks pool side, which is just kind of annoying. We each had a yeti like cup with a lid, no glass. And they made us move them. Just seemed like an arbitrary rule. Everything else was amazing.

Everything about this stay was easy... the property was beautiful and came equipped with everything we needed! The beach was lovely and the pool area and deck on the premises was clean and welcoming. We intend to make this our annual vacation spot.
