Private Studio minutes to Baylor, Convention Ctr and Silos

The Studio is a Mother-in-Law suite attached to our main residence. It has its own separate, private entrance, a private covered porch, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and private living spaces. ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT OFFER A TV, our studio apartment offers 1G high speed internet and Wi-Fi!! Bring your own devices and stay as connected (or disconnected) as you want!

Stay here to be close to it all, or get away from it all! We provide an excellent alternative to expensive and crowded hotels. Have your own private suite and enjoy close proximity everything Waco has to offer!!

- Magnolia Market: 4.4 miles
- Baylor’s McLane Stadium: 2.2 miles
- Waco Suspension Bridge: 2.9 miles
- Cameron Park Zoo: 4.2 miles
- Waco Surf Park: 6.2 miles

Our desire is to make our guests feel welcome, and provide all the comforts of home. We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable.

Sit out on the private porch, stroll to the back and watch the flock of chickens pecking in the grass, or gaze at our small herd of goats and sheep nibbling in the pasture. As this is a homestead, we do live on the property and are out at various times during the day working and taking care of our animals. However, we encourage our guests to stroll the property at their leisure and enjoy a taste of country living.

We would love to give you a tour of our homestead, introduce you to our animals and show your our gardens. If interested, please let us know when you make your reservation. Why just book a place to stay, when you could book an experience our our 4 acre homestead?

*Kitchen (mini fridge, microwave, Air Fryer Oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and dining wares)
*Luxury Linens and high quality towels provided.
*High Speed internet (1G) and WiFi connection available.
*Rest Assured! Strictest CDC cleaning guidelines followed.
*Well behaved, house broken dogs are welcome with prior approval. Extra $35 fee per pet applies.
*We do not allow smoking/vaping in our apartment or on the property.

Sweet place to stay

This was a lovely little VRBO. Check in was very simple, bed was comfortable, adorable little property and the fresh picked flowers were lovely.

Close to Baylor, Clean, Cute and Quiet

I had a really nice stay. The studio apartment is close to Baylor (just north of McLane Stadium), clean and comfortable. Great host communication. Highly recommend.

Our stay was great. The hosts were friendly. Although the air conditioning unit was acting up, they did everything in their power to make us comfortable including buying a window unit to ensure we stayed cool. As two young women, we felt safe staying here, and the hosts were lovely.

Comfortable and relaxing

First off- the communication was awesome! Thank you 😊 I Was expecting much smaller area, but was excited to see it was rather spacious and a nice sized bathroom with a rather nice sized single shower. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. Technically, I can say it has gated parking. Definitely felt safe and welcomed.

Just Perfect & Easy, Quick Commute to all things Waco!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it felt like home away from home for us (Family of 3 w/ a 5 yr old)! The Hosts were AMAZING and gracious! We asked to see their animals and she was like an old friend as we enjoyed meeting & interacting with the Goats, Lambs, Ducks and Piggy! The Resident Pup was a sweetheart too! Nothing was ever intrusive if you're not an animal lover so no fear-Very Clean, well-loved animals! Large enough property too! The "cottage" is attached to the Home, but was SO Private w/ your own lovely Patio! It was more spacious than we expected! Very Clean, Fresh, new feeling throughout so that was very nice! Very Quiet! If you want a Country feel w/ an easy, quick commute to Baylor, Downtown or Silo District etc this home is it! We loved our 4 night stay and felt Home!

Perfect

Ended our Texas stay with one night in Waco. Great final evening to relax. Safe, quiet, cozy. All the essentials. Only needed ice but we survived. Very kind and helpful hosts.

The sweetest little getaway spot

Super Cute and Clean

This one bedroom studio type air bnb was really cute. The design and decor were great. We were a bit disappointed to find that it was attached to the owners home and at times there were lots of doors opening and closing. There is a lot of road traffic at all hours. The animals were nice to see. There were a few goats, some sheep, lots of chickens and a sweet cat. Overall our stay was very nice.

Beautiful Studio!

We loved our stay here!! We came to town for our 20 year reunion and this was about 10 min away from the festivities. The property is beautiful and had the cutest goats. The studio is soooo cute. Comfy bed and bedding, lovely restroom, really cool air conditioning and they even have toys and games if you were to bring a little one. We would definitely stay again. They were great hosts and very communicative with us.

Close to Baylor, peaceful and quiet

Beautiful property. Very clean and private. Enjoyed the peacefulness and the animals. Baylor is less than 5 minutes. Communication with host was easy.

Great place and people

The darling studio was perfect for us. The property was incredible and was so fun to tour with such a genuinely good family. We loved our interactions with them and the peaceful oasis our stay was. Would definitely come stay again.

I want to highlight some things that I believe set us apart.
- Our commitment to a strict cleaning protocol. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. In addition to disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces, our cleaning crew disinfects ALL surfaces in our Studio during each cleaning with a CDC approved disinfectant. All bedding and linens are washed in hot water and our Studio is completely aired out for a few hours between guests.
- Our location is ideally located near top tourist attractions in Waco. We are located 10 minutes or less from Magnolia, the Zoo, Mayborn Museum complex, Baylor, the Brazos River, downtown and more!!
- Our amenities. We offer luxury bedding, turkish cotton towels, coffee and hot tea bar, bottled water and bedside chocolates. We want our guests to feel pampered, and that our accommodations revile a luxury hotel at a fraction of the cost.
-Our property. Although we are located in Waco, and so close to everything, our property has a country feel. Many of our guests comment on how peaceful and private their stay with us is. We also offer secure, off street parking.
