This newly renovated condo features welcoming décor with elegant furnishings throughout. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto a spacious balcony and enjoy the view of the beautifully manicured pool area and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee or sangria at sunrise or sunset.

Waterscape A103 is very warm and inviting from the moment you walk into the condo. When you enter, you will find an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, and living room connected. The well-equipped kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and offers a wraparound layout with plenty of storage space and all utensils needed to create your meals. The living area features a sofa, sofa bed, and a TV and DVD player combo, perfect for movie nights after a long day at the beach. . Next to the living room, you will find the primary bedroom with a TV and an attached bathroom with a deep tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a large double vanity, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town. On the other side of the living room, a guest bedroom offers a TV and DVD player combo and an attached bathroom with a large tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a large single vanity.

Family Spring Break

Met up with our grandkids for a fun Spring Break. The resort was perfect for elementary age children. Within walking distance to beach and restaurants!

Amazing Condo

This condo was in a great location with a view of the ocean and the early morning sun. Everything inside was nice and the pool and outdoor area was great. Easy access to the beach. Will definitely be coming back.

Our family vaca

The home had everything we needed and was so close to the beach and pool area. We loved not have to wait on an elevator or climb stairs. The bed and even the bedding need updated but other than that, it was perfect.

Nice stay; Beautiful unit

Overall a great property. We all loved it and the beach was enjoyable / not over crowded. It was mostly easy to locate points to watch both children effectively while in pool areas so they could do their own thing and not have to stay right beside each other just so I could watch them. Pool and beach area were clean and inviting. Super close to amusing points too...

Value booking

If you are looking for an adorable unit with all the amenities of a more expensive condo, you found it. This unit is what you need and nothing more, nothing less. However, the pool space and access to the beach is perfect. Parking is easy in the garage as well. The pool deck has tons of gas grills that are available to use anytime you want! Grill tools are included in the unit as well. The pools are well cleaned and done well. Kids loved the ropes course/Lilly pad space. The Fudpuckers there on the deck is a nice touch as well. We didn’t utilize the face painting, hair braids and entertainment like that but it looked very cute. Those events are offered in the 12-2 ish time frame and we were always at the beach at this time. Speaking of the beach, the free beach service is no joke! Those guys work so hard and made it so nice for us. They even made us a custom sandcastle form, just for fun when they saw how into sandcastles our kids were. The beach service is totally free and paid for with your stay, no strings attached. The whole place was nice and clean when we arrived as well. Great communication through out our stay. There is actually a little more beach view than pictured, we thought. The right side of the stovetop of the oven didn’t work. Vacasa offered to fix right away but we didn’t want to hassle with it as we still had two working burners. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying at Waterscape for 15 years and twice this year alone. We have been loyal renters this entire time. We are beginning to think we need to stay elsewhere. The condos are beginning to look run down. A103 was disappointing. One major problem we noticed; locks on the sliding doors did not work and a wooden rod was holding the doors shut. This seems highly risky since the condo was on the first floor and it would be fairly easy to break into. The furniture in the condo is completely wore out and we were afraid one of the beds was close to breaking. Also paint is chipping all over the condo including the walls, the table and the bunk bed steps. Plus side is the view is fairly nice of the ocean although you can not the beach. Also it was nice being on the first floor and not needing the elevator. We are considering looking into other places to go.

So much potential but unfortunately the unit is sadly neglected

This unit had a fantastic location and amazing layout but that's about it on the list of pros. The unit has had no maintenance or updates. Probably since it was built. The furniture and furnishings are badly worn, scratched and wobbly. The drapes had stains and possible mildew on them. The floors are tile throughout but incredibly dirty. The grout is now black but was originally white. The couch was the one piece of furniture that looked in good condition. As for the bathrooms one toilet flushed funny and another rocked when you sat on it. One sink didn't drain and the showers had mildew in the corners, doors and ceiling. The ceilings where stained with who knows what and water marks. The tubs where nice and clean, my kids did love those. In the kitchen they had lots of plates and cups, all glass or ceramic. Nothing you can take to the pool so plan accordingly.The cookware has seen better days and the burners on the stove are not flat so you may want to use the grill at the pool (free and they have plenty). The garbage disposal and fridge smelled like fish and the unit is lacking door screens so you can't leave the doors open air out the smell or to hear the ocean without risking getting eaten by mosquitoes (which happened to my daughter). The beds are old coil spring mattresses and should have been replaced years ago. They are terrible. We found out on the last day that the bunk mattresses are badly stained. I felt terrible having had my kids sleep on such gross mattresses. Uncomfortable is one thing but dirty/unhygienic is another entirely. The unit has no laundry baskets and no kid related items (high chair, cups or toys) the patio furniture is bar height and not safe for small kids since it also wobbles. (You getting the theme here?) The drapes in the unit are blackout so you either open them and have no privacy since you can see the next door pool from your unit (and they can see you) or the entire unit is as dark as a cave. (Other units in the complex have 2 sets a sheer set to let light in and provide privacy and a blackout set) The lighting is all original to the unit and not sufficient or beachy at all. It's a very dark room. My kids pretended they where vampires which was cute but a little sad since ya know we where at the beach trying to enjoy the sunshine. I contacted VACASA about my concerns the day we checked in and then 4 more times after that. They didn't get back to me until late on our 5th day of a 7 day stay. They gave us a bottle of bleach for the mildew(yes they gave me a bottle of bleach to clean the showers myself?!?!?! So glad I paid a cleaning fee!) and fixed the sink that wouldn't drain. They said to fix the other issues we wouldn't be able to use the showers for 12 hours so we decided to just live with it for the rest of our stay. They had no solutions for the unit being dirty other than to say they would let the owner know. Overall I would not recommend this unit at all. There are allot of other units in this complex that are fantastic. I have stayed in a few of them but this one is a complete miss. The resort is great for kids and the location is fantastic. I gave 2 stars because location is great and the complex is nice but the room itself gets no stars. It wasn't clean, comfortable or safe in my opinion.

Good for our needs!

The property itself was just right for our family vacation, and the owner accommodated our need for a later check-out time with so many little ones. The property manager came right away to fix the tv that wasn’t working. The only bother was that our phones would not dial out or text while in the room. It was weird. We couldn’t get the room phone to work either.

Great Property, Unit Subpar

We loved our stay at Waterscape! What a fun resort for everyone in our family. There was something for everyone, from age 1 to 64: the lazy river, the kid splash pad, clean beach, etc. The location of the unit was great. First floor allowed for a quick walk to the pool and beach (no elevators needed). It was quiet and felt private. There is an ok view from the patio. The unit itself I found the be Subpar. The price of the unit does not reflect the quality. The kitchen gadgets were very cheap and some broken (Keurig missing a piece, pot with only one handle, knives that hardly cut, no cutting board, etc). The couch is extremely uncomfortable and we had to sit on pillows on top of the couch to feel somewhat comfortable. The master mattress is also not comfortable. The washing machine did not work well and the sliding door kept jamming. We had to call maintenance (took them over 24 hours to come) since it didn't lock (and was left unlocked and broken the day we entered the unit). We hope to return to Waterscape but in a different unit that better reflects the quality I would expect from a property like Waterscape.

Family Vacation

Our unit was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. Both King and Queen beds were very comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the bunk room. We had a crib delivered for our son and I highly recommend that option for the little ones use to a crib at home. Only thing I would recommend is the sliding patio door from the living room to be fixed as it didn't lock resulting in wooden dowels that my son would move and then open the door. Also, the fan in the master room makes a racket on higher speed. Newer non-stick skillets would make clean-up easier :)

We had a great stay - beautiful condo!

Lovely place plus Vacasa texted us to make sure the place met our expectations right when we arrived and we’re prepared to help out if anything went wrong. They weren’t needed and I’d definitely book there again!

Great family vacation

We loved all the pools and beach service was a plus. Great location, close to everything. The fridge could use a deep cleaning. Someone must have spilled fish in it because it smelled so bad it started making our water bottles smell. We bought baking soda and air freshener but it stunk the whole week. Mattress in the master is very firm. Kitchen was well equipped and unit is nicely furnished. Nice being on the ground floor and not waiting for the elevator.
