Hostin'Malo 1G - Joli T3 65 m² neuf au cœur de Saint-Malo

Hostin'Malo is a small residence ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, just a few minutes from the Intramuros ramparts (1.4 km), the famous Sillon beach (700m), and the Saint-Malo train station (400m). For a few days, a few weeks or even several months, come and enjoy Saint-Malo with Hostin'Malo 1G !

Built in the 1930s, the building was completely renovated between 2019 and 2021 and now comprises 6 very comfortable apartments, from T2 to T4. The owners used noble, environmentally-friendly materials, and paid particular attention to heat and sound insulation. The character of the old building has been preserved, but all the apartments have been extensively renovated. As a result, each apartment has become a haven of peace, perfectly furnished and equipped for visitors who choose to put down their suitcases here. On-site laundry facilities include a shared washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is no car parking, but there is public pay parking on the street and free public parking 500m away.
Bicycles can be parked in the building's private courtyard (please bring your own bike lock)
Hostin'Malo 1G is a lovely type 3 apartment of approx. 65 m², located on the 1ᵉʳ floor. It features two separate bedrooms with high-quality bedding (size 160x200), storage and two en-suite shower rooms, separate WC, a very nice fully-equipped fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle) opening onto a dining area and a living room with TV. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped, bright thanks to its double exposure, it can comfortably accommodate 2 people. It benefits from very good soundproofing thanks to its new double glazing.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels provided, beds will be made up on arrival,
- Free Wifi access (fiber optics).
- Shared laundry room in the basement.
- The entire residence is non-smoking, including private and communal areas (notably the courtyard).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation or on the premises.
- For the well-being and tranquility of all occupants, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the premises.
- Autonomous arrival mandatory with key box on site.
Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay on the Emerald Coast in the heart of the Cité Corsaire.

Malo'Inn 1G "🙂 Good location, very close to the train station and lots of shops. One supermarket is located 2 minutes from the property around the corner. There is a bus stop just outside the property which is 3 stops away from Intra Muros and the main beach is 15 minutes walk. Appartment has a fully equipped kitchen and we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 separate toilets. There are also a washing machine and a drier available to use. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and the beach was incredible. It was a very nice stay. 🙁 A balcony would have been great but there was plenty of light and it is based in a quiet area of town."

Es gibt zwei Zimmer mit jeweils eigener Dusche. Die 5 Tage waren gemütlich und entspannt verbracht. 🙁 Es ist ein Stückchen weit von der Intras Muros entfernt und der Weg dorthin führt über den Hafen, der etwas industriell ist und keine schöne Ambiente für den Spaziergang bietet. Aber es ist akzeptabel. Man hat sonst, wenn man in der Altstadt wohnt, viel schwerer zu parken."

Man hat es nicht weit bis in die Altstadt (Intra Muros) und einen kurzen Weg zum Strand. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte prima. 🙁 Ein zweiter Schlüssel für eine vierköpfige Familie wäre schön gewesen. An die in Frankreich üblichen Doppelbetten mit einer gemeinsamen Bettdecke für beide Personen werde ich mich nie gewöhnen. Meine vorherige Anfrage nach einzelnen Bettdecken hatte keinen Erfolg - nicht möglich. Ach die Kinder der Familie hatten im zweiten Doppelbett das gleiche Problem. Wem gefällt so etwas?"

Elle n'était pas joignable pendant notre séjour (elle a répondu à mes messages 1 fois la nuit). On voulait encore laisser nos bagages quelques heures le dernier jour mais pas possible de contacter quelqu'un. Dômmage!"
