5 minute walk to Beach Access #9, with access to Surf Zone on Wrightsville Beach, at the surf club a popular private club venue for weddings and events. Walking distance to local grocery, ice cream shop, restaurants, bars, and local shops! 10 minute walk to the pier for fishing and sunsets! End of Street has a kayak/paddleboard entrance straight into the Intercoastal Waterway. The street is zoned "no parking" which further supports it as a child and pet friendly neighborhood. A Perfect house for a family beach trip! The yard is fenced in, kids and pets, can navigate a large yard with a fence.

Property Details:
4 bedrooms, 2 full baths + outside hot water shower for returning from the beach! One of the bedrooms is designed as the "kids" room, with a smart TV, games. The sun room has a futon that can be converted to a 5th sleeping area. The house sits on a large lot on a cul de sac which is a short walk to the beach. The yard is fenced in, you can sit on the deck and watch kids and dogs inside the fenced area.

Everything was great. Lovely house. We had seven and fit in comfortably and enjoyed the large-feeling common area. Totally clean. Everything we needed. Super fast wifi (which mattered for one work event I had to handle). Short walk to the beach. And just great all around. Best rental experience we have ever had. Highly recommend.

Great rental!

I rented this house for a long weekend for my family and our pups. We had such a great time! The weather was excellent so we were able to spend a lot of time gathered on the front porch which has a great setup. Additionally, the house is a quick and easy walk to the beach while still feeling secluded and peaceful away from the busy street of Lumina. The house itself was spacious and well kept. I felt the photos on the profile didn’t quite do it justice! Also, the fenced yard was wonderful and large. I will absolutely stay here again if it is available during my next trip to wrightsville.

Hidden Gem at Wrightsville Beach

Cozy cottage near the Holiday Inn and walking distance to the town. Enjoyed time on the large front porch and in the main living area (Kitchen and Living Room). 4 good sized bedrooms- Great for small groups.

Great location and value

A 5-minute walk to the beach, and 10 minute walk to the pier and shops. Nice front porch on a dead end street. Nice grilling and patio area in the back. Super sweet napping couch.

Cute and Cozy Cottage

My family of 4 really enjoyed a week at this cute 1970s cottage. Clean, cozy with everything you need to spend a week at the beach. Perfect location for a family. Quiet street, short walk to the beach access and close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants.

Love this place!

With little ones, staying on a quieter street is a huge plus. The walk to the beach is short, and there is plenty of room in the driveway for yard games and parking. Highly recommend!

Great neighborhood and experience

We’ve stayed before and have really enjoyed the location and friendly neighborhood. It’s all you need. Off the busy tract of WB yet close enough to enjoy downtown WB. Owner was quick to respond to whatever needs we had.

Amazing vacation and value!

The pictures do not do this place justice! I stayed with my extended family, and we had a blast. The short walk to the beach is really that short, so transporting people and items was a breeze. The street is very quiet and made for peaceful mornings out on the porch. It is conveniently located to anything you would really need during your stay. Highly recommend this spot!

The vintage, open style with vaulted living room ceiling cottage reminds you that your "at the Beach" 24 hours a day. I am planning to update the property after this season and update the Kitchen area.

It's not ocean front; but, is located on the "Parmele Isle" section of Wrightsville Beach which is one of the few "cul de sac" neighborhoods at the Beach. A short walk to the section of beach which includes the Beach Club and Jonny Mercers Pier, so support both surfing and fishing.
