As per Bulgarian Tourist regulation, each guest has to be registered (Names, Passport/Identity Card ID & birthday needed) as tourist tax applies per person, per night.

This stylish apartment is approximately 150m2/1,722.2 SqFt2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. It is on the sixth floor (with elevator) of an elegant building.

The spacious big and cosy open living room consists of sofa, smart-LCD TV, small library, a separate dining area with table and chairs. There is fully equipped kitchenette with NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher. To be found as well a working space with a comfortable desk and office chair. From here there is access to two balconies with a view of Vitosha Mountain and the city.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with tub, and a private balcony. The second bedroom is with two single beds, desk and built-in wardrobes. There is a small bathroom with a shower and WC + a separate rest room from the corridor. The apartment is equipped with DTT TV, Netflix, high speed WIFI internet, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, washing machine and baby crib etc.

The flat is located in a high-end neighborhood, a stone away to the pedestrian street Vitosha Blvd. and South Park. Nearby - various small shops, a grocery store, coffee shop, bakery. The bus and tram stations are only a minute walk from the building. The tram ride takes around 10 to 15 min to some of the most popular tourist attractions: National Palace of Culture and the cathedral St. Nedelia. For those who love the outdoors, Vitosha Mountain can be reached by public transport. The bus stop is 3 min walk from the apartment and the ride to the mountain takes approximately 20 min.
