This property is the newest in a collection of properties. Just remodeled. Owner has a long successful history of very satisfied customers. Reviews upon request. Clean. No carpet. Handicap accessible including parking.
New furniture. New tiles floors. New paint. Love the first floor lanai and view. Furniture is upscale and so comfortable. First floor unit. Walk to Sam Sneads and golf = 2 Minutes.

Great Stay in Naples

The stay in the condo in Naples was great. We enjoyed the evenings on the porch. Every morningf we used the great pool. I am sure, we will come back.

Clean and comfortable

First time visiting Naples

Very nice condo with beautiful grounds and wonderful restaurant overlooking the golf course next door. If you’re a golfer, this is the place for you.

Clean well appointed condo

Just what we needed

Totally enjoyed our stay and the condo. Did not use pool or golf since there to visit family but they looked good. Condo just as pictured. Would suggest more bed pillows available for sleeping other than that wonderful snd Mark was great too

Great host, very supportive and helpful

Great place to stay. Everything is nice and clean and you have all you need. Mark was very fair and helpful when we did not know how to proceed after the hurricane. Gave us flexibility with the booking and advice and did not take advantage of our situation as others did as we had to extend our stay. Very sympathetic person though. Excellent property 5 ⭐️

Newly redone, beautiful spotless condo with view of fountain, screened in porch and close proximity to pool. Easy close driving to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Everything and more is included and liked that guests are encouraged to leave any unused/unfinished travel items for the next renter. From shampoo, creams, beach items, coolers or simple staples from sugar to cloths detergent. Even wine! helpful opening a drawer to find something you may have forgotten. Definitely would stay again. Thanks Mark.

Last Minute Stay

This place was gorgeous! All you need for a vacation. The property was very clean and well taken care of. It looks like it is the owners vacation home and they rent it out when they are not staying there. Stocked with coolers, chairs for the beach and also kitchen cooking products. The only thing I did not like was the amount of light switches. Took a while to figure out what did what. Other then that everything was great. Mark even texted me while we were there to make sure we were doing ok. Highly recommend!

Great, clean condo!

The pictures of the condo are very accurate. The place was clean, they have plenty of towels (even though we took ours and didn't used theirs), kitchen is very well stocked up, with cleaning products as well (which in most rentals they don't provide). They have beach chairs, kids toys, coolers and umbrellas which was a plus. This is our second time in the resort, not on this condo, and we like very much, short drive to most Naples attractions. We had 2 minor issues during our stay, one was that the sliding doors from the master bedroom and the living room don't lock, so I reached out to Mark, as we were not feeling safe to sleep with doors unlocked. Mark was aware and he offered us to send someone to fix it. The other issue was the Wifi which stopped working one day in the morning, and interrupted my son's online class and he could not finish. And it just went back on at night, Mark even showed up to check the Wifi, but went back on before his arrival. Overall the place is great and Mark is very responsive for any issue. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent Location and Host !

We have stayed in this location before. This host went above and beyond to make sure the condo was clean and well-stocked ! We didn’t have to think about anything. He even had 2 sets of golf clubs !
