On our arrival to the unit the parking area had 3 parked vehicles that were PACKED with trash/household items/construction materials. One was not even drivable due to the cab area being full. This did not present well to arriving guest and did make me feel a little unsafe. The community most likely has an HOA that needs to address this issue. We stayed on a second floor unit and were able to hear every step, toilet flush and faucet/shower running both in the early AM and during the night. The unit itself was clean, though the shower/toilet area was quite "tight". There is no air conditioning, 2 fans were provided. Would consider another community.

We’re very sorry for the noise transfer from the upstairs unit. As this is an older building, the insulation doesn’t dampen sound as much as we’d like, and some noise is unfortunately inherent in multi-level properties. We completely understand how disruptive this can be and are sorry for the impact it had on your stay. Regarding air conditioning, the listing does note that the unit is not equipped with AC, and fans are provided for additional comfort. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as your feedback helps us continue improving our guest experience. We really enjoyed our time in Wyoming, but wish a few things were different with our rental property. We were promised by their partner company that the pack n play & cooler we rented would be waiting for us in our rental as soon as we arrived. After a long (12 hour) day of travel, we arrived to find no portable crib or cooler….. leaving our baby with no safe place to sleep. This was highly upsetting and unexpected and we were not happy about this. The property could have been cleaner (crumbs/hair on floor and grimy utensils). Photos did not show that the porch area was wide open to other people (we assumed it was on the back of the unit and that we would be the only ones able to access it). Regardless of these issues, the property was decent enough for our needs as we were gone most of the day everyday exploring the Tetons and Yellowstone. The price was reasonable. I will say that the location itself was the main selling point and it was very conveniently located near EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Overall, we had a great trip but would explore other options if similarly priced properties were available in the area.

Fantastic location - a few things could be tweakedPerfect, perfect location. Easy access to Jackson and Moose Wilson Road (wildlife viewing!) One bed was comfy; one could have been better.Place is fully stocked. Nice setup. Bathroom is tight but does the job. Communication was generally great. Only exception was the dryer didn't work which was a problem since it rained for a good portion of our stay and we needed dry clothes. The communication dropped off on this point and the maintenance person never returned to fix it. I left my pants behind and kudos to them for quick attention to the matter. They mailed to me which I greatly appreciated.Be aware this looks to be a converted ski condo from the 70's or 80's. The walls are THIN. We were on a second floor end unit. One bedroom must be below the living room because you could hear muffled conversations and the tv till the middle of the night. The other bedroom shared a wall with the next unit's living room. The folks in that unit were not rowdy...just a group talking at a normal level...into the wee hours. Unfortunately it kept my friend up all night. If you are heavy sleeper, then this is the place for you since the location is stellar. The cute little store nearby provides adequate supplies. We generally liked everything else about it. And we had a moose visit next to the unit!

Great communication with Outpost. Comfy beds. Very clean. We cook a lot so it could have done with a salad bowl, large frying pan, big bowls. But everything else in the kitchen was great.

Great place to stay for visiting Jackson Hole

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Some of the other reviews are correct in that the carpets, kitchen, and bathroom could use some TLC (the fridge froze our food), but the size was perfect for our family of three and it was a good deal for a comfortable Jackson Hole rental.

Perfect for us!

We really enjoyed this property and our stay. Perfectly suited our needs and when we had a small question, the property manager answered within moments. If we are back in the area we would stay here again.

Would stay again!

The condo was as described, and any time small matters happened, the Outpost Crew was quick to respond and address the issue. Would definitely stay here again in future travels. Note for future travelers: this property could fit four people comfortably, and six large adults would be a bit of a squeeze, but it is a good spot and is just a short drive to Jackson, the Teton Resort, Snow King Mountain, the Snake River wilderness, and GTNP.

Good spot for access to JHMR

Overall this is a great place to stay for easy access to JHMR. 10 minute drive to the resort and the bus rolls right through there. Beds are comfy but pillows need to be replaced (I always bring my own pillows and was so thankful I did!). Bathroom is small but everything works great. I would come back!

Perfect!

The beds were super soft and comfy, the living area was cozy and just the right size. The bathroom was a little snug but still met our needs. We will use Outpost every time!

Great for our needs

In town for a baseball tournament. This was a great fit to rest and refuel between games and allowed us to be in a great location so we could fit in some food and shopping in Jackson, Beautiful drive through the national park and a tour of Jeni lake even with a crazy baseball schedule.

Winter Chasing

Visited Jackson Hole from Colorado, had an extraordinary time on the mountain. The condo was exceptionally close which made it easy to access the slopes. Everything we needed was provided to cook, clean, and maintain our stay. Thank you kindly

It was a good location but the walls are thin and could hear surrounding neighbors walking, showering, television. It was hot in the condo and the bedroom with sliding door had no screen to open and allow fresh air in. I would recommend ceiling fans or at least working fan. The fans in closet broken and not safe. Other than that clean.

Not too bad, could use a little TLC.

This is a great area and many fun activities. The property photos are a bit misleading. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice enough place, but let me nit-pick a minute. The front door doesn’t lock from the inside so you have to lock it from the outside and then enter through the sliding door. The floors were pretty dirty. I know this is in the listing, but this place could really use some AC. It was 80/90 when we were there and it gets really hot in the condo.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the door - the homeowner has ordered an entirely new door to resolve the lock issue, but is awaiting approval from the HOA in order for us to be able to install. Great 4-person condo convenient to all Jackson area activities

We enjoyed our stay at Spruce 10 and found the listing description and photos accurate. Perfect size for 4 adults. Any more people would be a very tight squeeze. The kitchen was very well equipped and the location was perfect for access to GTNP, the town of Jackson, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the airport and restaurants. The key did not work when we arrived and the maintenance team remedied the issue promptly. The decor is pleasing, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom is a tight squeeze and needs updating, but everything was very clean. The unit could use better lighting (only one bedside lamp) and no overhead light in the dining area. None of these minor inconveniences were deal breakers and we would gladly stay here again on a return trip to the area. The location is also in a neighborhood with pleasant streets for walking/biking and there are several small shops we patronized for groceries and baked goods. We had a great time!

Worked for our stay but internet and faucet didn’t work well.

It was nice being close to Jackson and this place while small but was definitely better than a hotel room for our family. Unfortunately, the internet did not work. We reached out to the property management and they were responsive to try and fix the issue and ended up bringing us a hotspot the next day but since the phone signal was not great it wasn’t much of an improvement. The shower faucet was stripped and difficult to turn on/off, which they sent someone out the next day to fix as well. They fixed the hot water but the cold water faucet was still nearly impossible to turn off/on. We wasted a lot of time trying to adjust this when we showered. We enjoyed seeing a Mom and baby moose on our drive home two evenings!

Major Updating Needed

We encountered some issues but honestly we were not comfortable contacting them and playing the run around game. After reading through your reviews on this property we can tell you're not interested in repairing or updating this property. The bathroom tub handles have clearly not been addressed since previous reviews/issues, so why do the back and forth. They do not function properly, not even a little bit, nor can more than 2 people take a shower without having to wait a hours for hot water. This is not fun after very long days/nights out. The sink hot water handle is barely attached and last but not least there was a foul smell in the primary bedroom. It smelled like old fruit or something, that even the fan running constant, didn't get rid of it. Definitely needs AC. The property looks as if it hasn't had any updating since it was built, by the looks I would say 70's or 80's. Very disappointed overall. Yes I know I could have been more inconvenienced by them and then being frustrated by non repairs (shower handles not being replaced for over a year since last review). We did not want to end our trip spending our time going back and forth. If previous clients had the same basic issues and still had not been address, why call.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Everything was well stocked in the bathroom and kitchen. Communication with Outpost was top notch. My concern- I really would have loved to recommend this place to others, but there was a really bad urine smell in the bedroom. It felt very unsanitary and it was uncomfortable sleeping at night because of this. I will say that once I texted them, they did bring out an air purifier to assist in rectifying the situation but unfortunately it didn't help. If this is taken care of, then I would have no problem recommending the place, but I wouldn't want to stay there again without assurance this is taken care of.
